Chapter 20 Best Friends Meeting

Ileana, after wandering for a while, came to her friend’s house.

**Ding dong**

Helena was not surprised to see her regular guest. She peeped behind Ileana to check.

Welcoming her inside the house, she asked, “What’s wrong?”

Ileana didn't respond back.

“Have you been abandoned by him?” Helena asked with a concerned voice.

“No.”

Ileana finally said something while dragging her stroller.

Helena was not only her best friend but also the batchmate at university. After their graduation, they applied in the same Culinary Arts School and became colleagues. Needless to say, they share a sister-like bond. They were like sisters from another mister.

“Then?”

Helena raised her brow in suspicion. She knew Ileana always kept things intact inside her.

Ileana was tired, more like trying to dodge her interrogation.

She smiled wryly and said, “I just need to stay alone for a while. And don’t worry it’s not like what you’re thinking.”
