73. Past memory
Someone shouted in pure agony. The voice was very familiar to him which brought him back whatever trance he was in and his legs automatically started to run toward the source of the voice at full speed. He stopped in front of his cabin door which was locked. He kept his hands on the door lock while frantically trying to open it.
"Arabella, is that you?" He asked while banging on the door loudly.
He was in so much stress that he couldn't think properly. His ability to think logically was long gone when he heard her again.
"Please help." He heard her crying out loud one last time before all the commotion stopped with a loud thump. All the crying, pleas for help, shuffling, all stopped, stopping his breathing as well.
