I don't want a student that will make me loose face" 080 snorted as she raised her lips scolding the expectant Troy who seems to be very curious and looking forward to going into the real training.

"The thing I will be teaching you next starting from tomorrow is strength, I will tell you the concept of strength, levels and how to gain strength" 080 was saying and Troy interrupted her with a question.

"But the other Rookies learn about speed first, why is mine different"

080 look at him unhappily and he panicked for he knew what was coming and quickly raise his hands up to block his abdomen but he was a little too slow.

A kick landed on his stomach and throw him at the wall, he hit the wall hard and groan.

He gritted his teeth and manage to get back on his feet while cursing the latter under his breath.

"How many times do I have to correct and teach you that you as an inferior doesn't have any right to talk back at me or cut in whenever I'm talking, huh" said 080 fuming seriously, Troy sat down back on his sit and he dare not say a thing for the fear of receiving another kick or punch.

"You can go back to your quarters, that all I have to teach you for today. You've spoil my mood" said 080 coldly.

Troy who was waiting for any opportunity quickly pressed his AI which shrouded him in red light

"Bastard" he cursed loudly thinking he will be gone before 080 can do anything, but to his surprise 080 pressed something on her watch seemingly hacking into his AI and preventing him from leaving.

"Teleportation access has been denied" said the AI as it started blinking and Troy grimaced.

"I'm dead today" he said and took to his heel but could he out run the latter?

080 mocked as she appeared on the door step immediately, Troy turn back immediately but he was grabbed on the neck and raised upward by the latter.

"Who are you referring to as a bastard?" She asked now looking serious and deadly.

"I'm referring to you what are you going to do about it" Troy answered coldly while looking at her straight in the eyes.

"Good little boy, you've grown balls" 080 said evilly and smash Troy on the nearest metallic table and the force of the smash crushed the table.

"Aaaggrrrg" Troy cried painfully but 080 seems not to hear his scream at all and punched his nose and breaking it instantly.

"You can cry now?" She was asking as she rain punches upon punches on him.

"Now said you are the real bastard or I kill you" she said coldly while holding him by the neck and looking into his eyes directly.

"080 you are the real bastard here" Troy said coldly while looking at 080 in the eyes mockingly.

"Then go to hell" she shouted as she punch his gut, knocking him out immediately.

"What an arrogant little kid" she snorted and throw him to the side randomly.

She storm out of the room while pressing her watch.

Immediately she did what she intended to in her watch, Troy's watch started functioning again and he was teleported back to his room.

"You all have already unlock your limiter and that is a good thing" scabbard said to the Rookies with his usual calm tone which always stand in contrast to his brutal appearance.

"Since everyone of us here has unlock his or her own limiter I will now explain the level of limiter to us all before freeing us"

He stretch his left hand forward and summon a pistol out of his AI dimensional space...

"You all should concentrate on the speed of the bullet and tell me what you feel" he said to them and fired the bullet towards the horizon while the Rookies all look at the bullet dead serious.

"Who can tell me what they felt from the bullet just now" he asked and Sid raise his hand up sharply.

"Okay Sid, tell us what you feel" scabbard nodded and Sid began explaining what he felt.

"Though I seems to have unlock my limiter I still felt an incredible danger from the bullet, it felt as if I'm still too slow to dodge it despite unlocking my limiter though the feeling can not be compared to when I haven't unlock my limiter"

"Very smart little boy" scabbard said and nod his head repeatedly to show his satisfaction with the answer Sid gave.

"Is that what you all felt?? He asked the rest after sometimes and they also nodded positively.

"Yes. That's what you should feel truly, you see the limiter you all just unlock is the basic level of the limiter which is the level 1. At this stage your speed is a little bit above that of a lion. Then when you comprehend the profoundness of suppression you will then unlock level two limiter which will make you as fast as a blue whale. At level tree you are as fast as a car and at level four you can literally dodge a bullet" he explained and the Rookies eyes started shining brightly as they see new goals in front of them.

"You all have unlock your level one limiter but that boy over there had unlock a level two limiter showing his comprehension talents" scabbard said and point to Kay who just closed his eyes, seemingly unaffected by the gazes of envy which are being thrown at him.

"I'm telling you this because I don't want you all to think it's unfair if he had an edge over you all in any coming training in the future. If you bull shit in my presence I will have to gun you down" scabbard said and dismiss them.

" He must have use some king of trick to achieve that"

"He's not so good afterall"

"Let him enjoy it while it last. He will be overtaking and trampled by us in the future when his trick will stopped working"

The Rookies started murmuring among themselves as they ridicule Kay who seems not to mind at all.

"Congrats" Sid said to Kay with a smile before teleporting to his own quarters.
