Luck and Magic (2)

"And behind this impenetrable glass is the recently discovered and only known existing copy of the Archamada book of spells." An old tour guide said as she explains the display of the Book of Spells to the group of visitors that are in the witchcraft museum.

Gwen was a part of the visitors and she was excited and interested in the book.

"It contains ancient witchcraft and magic spells that date back to the 16th century." The old lady and Gwen said at the same time.

"If you are so knowledgeable why don't you work here instead of me?" The old lady said in a semi-aggressive tone. She seems to be annoyed by Gwen.

The old lady walked away and left Gwen feeling a little depressed.

Ben and Max looked at each other to see if the other party is going to cheer her.

Max gave in as he walked towards Gwen and patted her on her back.

"Don't worry about that Gwen. She might be just feeling stressed because of her work." Max said to Gwen.

"That's fine Grandpa," Gwen said.

Suddenly all the people located near the spell book started to levitate before they were pinned to the ceiling.

"Something tells me that this is not supposed to be on the tour," Max said.

Before a big blue crystal appear out of nowhere and red smoke started to sip out of the crystal.

The smoke then formed together and transformed into a man who was wearing strange face paint that resembles a skeleton.

He has grey skin and black symbols that resemble tattoos on his shoulders.

Wearing a red and black dress and a hood, black pants, armguards and a strange sock that doesn't cover his toes.

He also seems to be carrying five strange charms with symbols that are directly attached to his outfit and carries a strange staff that looked like a skull of a dead vulture.

"The Archamada book of spells and all of the magic within it will soon be mine." The man said as one of the symbols on the charm that he was carrying started to glow yellow.

He was easily able to smash the glass with his staff after that and picked up the book.

Then he waves his hands as the people that are on the ceiling started to fall.

Ben transformed as he and the other people started to fall to the ground.

Tortoise crystals started to cover Ben's whole body in an instant and Ben transformed into DiamondHead.

Because of the weight of Diamond Head's body, it was able to land much faster than others and was able to create a slide that breaks everyone's fall.

"Everyone get out of my way. Now." Ben yelled as he faces the magician head-on.

The magician looked at Ben. And raised his staff towards him.

He chanted a spell as a red fire beam comes towards Ben's direction.

Ben raised crystals from the ground to protect himself but the fire went around Ben's protection and hit him in the back.

Ben was not damaged but it doesn't mean he doesn't feel pain.

He then throws Red crystal shards towards Ben from his staff.

Ben jumped into the air and transformed one of his hands into a sharp blade-like object as he went in for the attack.

Ben also uses his other hand to block the red crystals as he closes into the magician.

However, the magician created a very bright light as Ben was launched away by some sort of telekinesis spell.

Ben has knocked away to a nearby display.

Ben then looked at the magician as he recovered from the fall.

He then punched one of his fists into the ground as a large crystal appeared out of the ground and hit the magician in the face.

Knocking him down.

However, before the magician was able to recover Ben raised up his two hands as large pillars of crystals that are nearly the same size appeared near the magician.

Ben then makes a gesture that combines his two hands as the two crystal pillars were smashed together while sandwiching the magician and knocking him out completely out.

Then one of the charms with the strange symbol fell out from the magician's clothes as it rolled towards Ben.

"Hmm, what is this?" Ben said as he picked up the small little charm.

However, even though the magician was knocked out Ben was still very on guard as he put some extra crystals on his face and his arms he picked up the charm to check what it is as if it could be some sort of a bomb.

Then the book was recovered and the police come to take away the magician who was called Hex after Max contacted the local authorities.

Hex still has not regained consciousness by the time he was captured and taken away.
