Adoption Day Not

3:00 p.m. the next afternoon the girls are sitting in the garden when Tena come up to them.

"Hi girls, so I hear you three have a new home. You all must be really excited after all these years."

"Come on Tena you know that's not true at all."

"What do you mean, Rysta told me all about it."

"Right Tena, whatever you say. We are not stupid you know."

"Besides we were already told last night that they only want Tasha but would take us to keep her happy. What does that sound like to you?"

"Janet how can you say that?"

"Because they said it to us. They will come back today. Before they take our sister you ask them about it."

"Fine I will. I have to go now, I just came to congratulate you all."

Then Tena left the girls to go find Rysta. Tena found her on the way to her office. They went into the office and Tena asked her about what Janet said.

"Yes, Janet's right they want Tasha most of all. Besides you know the rules, they have to stay together."

"That's wonderful, you do know those girls already know they are not wanted right. Let me guess they have to go right. Because of the court order they have no choice."

"No that's not true. They have the right to choose one way or the other. We won't force them to do anything."

"Janet's right we will see."

"Yes we will, OH, Tena don't go far I believe the girls will need you later."

"Yes Rysta."

With that Tena left the room to prepare for the day. Deep down She knew things were going to go very wrong very soon. She just wished there was something more that she could do for the girls. But she also knew Rysta held all the cards.

At 5:00 p.m. Mike and Julia showed up at the home. They had the money requested so they wanted their prize. Rysta ushered them into her office while she sent Tena after the girls.

"So do you have my money?"

"Yes we do."

"Good put it in this drawer."

"Now when do we get her? We paid for her, she is our property. We need to be at the airport in thirty minutes."

"Calm down Julia Tena is getting them now. Do you know what to do?"

"Hey, don't talk to her like that. We are not stupid. We have a plane to catch and she wants to make sure we make it. Yes we know what to do."

"Good, fine sit down and stop acting like entitled brats. You might have paid for her but you are still in my house. You need to show me some respect."

Tena collected the girls and took them to Rysta's office.

"Good your here. This wonderful couple would like to know what your answer is."

The girls looked at each other, then back at Rysta and Tasha steps forward to say," We have decided to go."

Julia steps forward and says,"Great, that's great everyone go get your stuff together. Tasha come with me and I will show you where to put you stuff after you get packed. Mike you sign the papers. Tena is it, can you help the girls get started packing? Tasha will be back in a minute. Now shall we get started?"

"Okay everyone let's not delay I'm sure you want to move and get settled soon."

In the Hall.....

Tasha looks at Janet and Amanda. She hugs them both and tells them she loves them. By this time they are all crying.

"Will we ever see you again?"

"Yes Amanda I will be back. But for now Tena will protect you both"

"I will miss you."

"So will I."

"I will miss you both as well. Now let's finish this little game of theirs. I will come home I promise."

With that Tasha gives them both one last hug and kiss then she walk out never to be seen at the orphanage again.

She went to the van as planned and was pushed in. The girls saw it race away and ran to their room. Tena found them there and sat with them as the cops talked to them. The cops promise to get Tasha back but Deep down they knew they would never see Tasha again.
