Enter Elden Ring

The completion of Elden Ring meant the beginning of the new Elden Lord and the defeat of the Tarnished's predecessors. Kaylo sighed at his twentieth run in the game. He was exploring different paths, connecting lore, finding weapons, he wanted to have completely explored the game in its entirety.

He was just that infatuated with the game. Finally after his twentieth playthrough, he sits back in his gaming chair to relax. "I guess I'll rewatch Naruto now."

His favorite anime, Naruto. He got up from his chair to grab a drink from his mini fridge and snacks from his snack drawer. As he was doing so, he felt dizzy. "I think I got up...too..." His consciousness fades like the light of a dying galaxy. "Fast..." He topples over and dropped to the ground.

A notification pops up in the depths of his consciousness. <NEW GAME: ELDEN RING TRANSFER>

His eyelids rose. Light bored down upon him, slightly hindering his viewing upon the land. Not far from the First Step sight of grace, he sat up. His eyes adjust to the bright light that engulfed his retnas and the sight foreseen was majestic. "This is.....am I....." It was an unbelievable breathtaking view. However, that was not the reason for his hesitation.

"Am I in Elden Ring??" It was an immediate reaction after registering the area he was in. He looked around and saw finger statues in the distance, a man on a golden armored horse walking through the land. He grabbed his face and felt himself. "Is this real??"

He wore an entirely different attire than his usual wear. Around his body was a black and red cloth kept up with a belt around the waist. It was akin to a thinner karate gi. He wore light weight straw sandals with a katana at his waist.

A gaming holographic formatted pop up manifests in front of him.

<Welcome Tarnished, The Throne of the Elden Lord awaits you.> There wasn't an actual introduction to the game, tutorial for any encounters or mechanics. Other than his inventory.

<As a Tarnished Player, you have access to some of the game mechanics. One these is inventory section. Storing items, weapons, armor, food, it space where may place objects that can or cannot fit in your hands.>

The holographic monitor went on about the in-game mechanics that are accessible to him. "Wait but why am I here??"

His question was left unanswered.

"What is this informal ass dialogue?! What is this Apex??" He exclaimed.

The holographic screen dissipates. Due to his exclamation, someone was alerted of his existence.

A large man on a gigantic horse rode toward him at high speeds.

"Ah!! Wait! Wait!! Wait!!!"

The large animal ridden by a man of ginormous stature leapt into the air. It's large pole axe came crashing down on Kaylo with his body.

With the desire to avoid death, his body instinctively somersaults out of the way. The poleaxe sinks into the ground and forms a small crater in the ground from the tremendous force that came from its attack. Although he avoided the attack, the shockwave blew him back, making him roll against the dirt. "Guh!"

He stands on his feet. "That's totally different from the Tree Sentinel I remember."
