Chapter Fifty ..I won't go anywhere with you

"What ! You can't say that baby .I'm your mother and not just anyone you can refuse .

Remember what we always told ourselves .We only have each other remember ?

Suzzy ,you can't stay here .Come along with me ."Eloise tried to persuade Suzzy .

"So that what will happen ,huh ? Just admit it that you want to get even with Jakes for what happened between you two eighteen years ago .

Admit it and stop all this drama because I won't go with you !"Suzzy stood firm on not going away with Eloise .

"So he has eaten up into your mind with his lies ,right ?

Suzzy ,that jerk questioned your mother's character .At the point where my dignity and self-respect were at stake ,she thought about you and moved away from him in order to give you a better life .

Think about what would have happened ,he called me a cheat based on what he saw at first sight .He didn't want to hear me out .

Had I told him that I was expecting his child ,he would have told me that you were not his child because he concluded a relationship between me and Chance at first sight .

Suzzy , don't believe him and his lies . That's his attitude ,once he gets your attention with his sweet talks ,he will dump you like he did to me !

Suzzy ,I'm your mother .I know that I asked you to look for him that time because I was devastated and thought about your future but now ,tables have turned .

I have come back to secure you a good future ,a better future than the one Jakes will give you .

You have to come with me ; your beloved mother ."Eloise tried convincing Suzzy again .

"I was right . It's about you and Jakes .But sorry mother ,I won't let you drag me into your fight !

I know Jakes has made alot of mistakes however ,that won't be a major guarantee for which I will follow you to wherever you want .

I won't go anywhere and neither you nor your petty persuasions will get into my head ."Suzzy boldly refused to go with her mother this time around .

"I've had enough .I wanted to do it the soft way but it seems Jakes' nonsense has eaten into your head .

So if persuasion fails ,then force is applied .

If you won't willingly come with me then as your mother who has every right over you ,I will have no choice but to drag you with me if it's the only way ."Eloise grabbed Suzzy's hands and pulled her along with her .

Once they got to Suzzy's mini hall in her room ,Suzzy broke free from her mother's grip .

"I said I won't go and it means I won't !

Mother ,how low can you stoop to make me go with you ?

You want me to be the tool so that you get your revenge on Jakes for what he did to you eighteen years ago .

Mother ! Do you love me at all ?

Or is this a new plan you've hatched to get back on Jakes ,huh ?

Your silence means concern and I'm so disappointed in you to know that you value your vengeance over your own daughter !

For this reason ,you've given me a reason to stay with my father .If he isn't good being a father ,I will shape him to be one but I will never go anywhere with you ."Suzzy bitterly said with teary eyes to Eloise who was already in tears .

"Stephanie ,meet Dora and her son Jakes ."Nicholas began the introduction while they were downstairs .

"Jakes ? Finally ,I get to meet you in person .

Well ,I have no rights to judge you for what happened between you and Eloise because we have hurt her the more as her biological parents.

All I hope for is ,she will find a place in her heart to forgive us because I know for a fact that my daughter is a good person .

But now ,I'm afraid because , her obsession to get back her daughter and take her away from this country is eating up in her head .

I'm afraid that she might do something that will end up destroying her life ."Stephanie worriedly said ."Dora ,you understand me right ? it's because you are a mother too and I know you'd do everything to save your son . That's the same feeling I have now ,I want to save my daughter .

I can't afford to lose another daughter again but I know Eloise loves Suzzy alot and she will do everything to get her but I'm afraid ,she might end up doing something stupid !

Her obsession to get back her daughter might destroy her life !

She's been filled with anger and vengeance to get back at anyone who has hurt her !

I don't even know what to do !"Stephanie 's devastation made her so restless .

"Wait ma'am ,sorry to interrupt your conversation ."Renata chipped herself in the conversation and Jakes gave her a go ahead .

"I mean ,Eloise isn't here and Suzzy isn't here either .

If Eloise's only intention is to send Suzzy away from here then ,all the security posts in this mansion shouldn't lose guard because Eloise is more likely to go with Suzzy ."Renata put forward her thoughts .

Just then , the sound of a glass breakage was heard upstairs .

"What was that ? "Joan who was also present there asked .

She tapped Inno who was also present and with Renata following ,they run upstairs .

Jakes and Dora as well as Nicholas and Stephanie run upstairs too .

"Suzzy ,open up the door ! Why is the door locked .Open up the damn door or else I will break it up ! "Jakes threatened to break up the door .

Meanwhile ,in Suzzy's room ,Eloise was forcing to drag her along with her through the window .

"It's Jakes ,stop this nonsense and stubbornness now Suzzy ,come with me ! "Eloise told Suzzy who was still adamant on not going anywhere with Eloise .

"Jakes ! Jakes ! Jakes ! help me out here ..."Suzzy shouted for Jakes' help .Jakes got an extra key for Suzzy's door and opened it up .
