Jakes and Eloise had arrived home quite earlier than usual because Dora informed them that their long-time friend and guest La Tanya Tucker who was the president of La Tanya Fashion Collections and Designs had arrived at their home ,hence the need to meet her .

"Like ,all this is so amazing .I mean ,the last time I saw you both was in France when you came for a tour .

But I didn't know that after all these years that had passed with your indifferences ,you both had a daughter ,a beautiful baby girl too .Can I meet her ?

You know that in Brazil ,I lived alone especially after that jerk of a husband abandoned me so it's good to be back with you all and knowing that I've got a goddaughter now .

Oh mine ! I'm so excited to the core of life .."While LA Tanya made herself feel at home ,Suzzy who had just returned from school made her presence known as well .

"Heyy ! beautiful flower ,your godmother is finally here ."La Tanya hugged Suzzy tightly .

"Oh my goodness ,no need to think much okay .

You are just an epitome of your parents ,so hairy and beautiful .I wished I met you the day you were born .

Oh ,by the way ,I know you don't know me but I'm the friend of your parents and I'm La Tanya Tucker .

I'm also your godmother because the last time I saw your parents ,I did make them make me a promise that if they had a child in future then I'd be his or her godmother and so I'm here now .

However ,after everything was explained to her ,she was now calm .

"Okay ,so I came to formally invite you all especially you , sweetheart to my Formal Fashion Design Show tonight .

This way I can make my collections known in LA too .

Also I'm looking forward to doing business with you both ,Eloise and Jakes .

So am I going to see you all at the fashion show ,tonight ? "

"Sure ,we will make it there ."Eloise said simply .

"Alright , it's good news having you all there especially you ,my dear goddaughter .

Give me a hug before I leave alright ? "La Tanya hugged Suzzy and even planted a kiss on her forehead before leaving .

Suzzy had no choice but to attend the fashion show because she knew more events like this will be coming in the future and she had to get used to it .

While everyone waited for her downstairs ,Suzzy descended the stairs magnificently in her black silvery one sided mini drape dress and heels complimenting her dressing with her purse which matched her outfit perfectly .

Her chestnut hair styled in a bun with a balloon flower fixed nicely in it ,her red painted lips and the light touch of the eye shadow right beneath her eyes made her look like a sculptured bride .

Once they got to the event , everyone had their eyes on her especially on the red carpet .

"Oh my God ! You look like a goddess !

Your beauty is just like a piece of artwork .

Wow ! hello ! please sit .."La Tanya flattered Suzzy .

"This table was made specially for all of you .."La Tanya expressed her kind gesture a towards the Riddles .

The event was going on smoothly until one of the employees of La Tanya rushed to her .

"There's a problem boss ma'am .."She whispered into her ears .

"Problem ? What kind of a problem could arrive now in the middle of the event ?

I thought you said you've taken care of everything and I need not worry ,huh ? "La Tanya asked a bit frustrated .

"Yeah ,we took care of everything but the lady who's to wear the mermaid dress rushed home because her mother's health condition deteriorated all of a sudden ."

"What?! So what do we do now ? Where will we find another model to wear that dress ,huh ?

I didn't attain a name worldwide just for you and your poor planning to spoil my name ,get it !

Now find a solution to the problem before I lose it on you and your team ."La Tanya furiously said .

Once the lady threw her eyes forward ,she saw Suzzy and there she smiled ambivalently .

"Boss ma'am , I've got the perfect person to wear that dress .

Her hourglass figure would fit perfectly in the dress ,trust me ."

"Who's that ? "La Tanya asked in a rush .

"The lady in the black silvery one sided mini drape dress at the other table sitting beside Jakes Riddles .

I mean Jakes Riddles' daughter , she's the perfect person who can carry the La Tanya Mermaid Dress perfectly .

Her beauty and figure are just exquisite , we've only got ten minutes left .

We have to convince her to wear the dress .."

"Leave that to me ."La Tanya walked towards their table and her employee followed her swiftly .

"Jakes ! Eloise ! There's a problem .."La Tanya said with a frustrating tone .

"A problem ? What's it ? Can we help you out ? "Jakes asked concerned .

"The thing is , the lady to wear the dress for the night isn't here .

In ten minutes time ,she has to mount the runway but she isn't here so I suggested that your daughter wear the dress and mount the stage since her figure will fit perfectly in the dress ."The lady said .

"What?! me ? Of course not ! why don't you find someone else ?"Suzzy groaned almost shivering .

Everyone will have their eyes on her ,what if she falls ?

She felt a bit disturbed from that thought .

"Please sweetheart , won't you do this small favour for your dear godmother ,huh ?

We've got six minutes left and if that that dress is not displayed then my name , everything ...gone ! "La Tanya almost broke down in tears .
