"I know it sounds ridiculous, but a dark and sinister voice has told me to kill since I was a kid. I get scared sometimes hearing it and would put my family at risk." I pull my legs up to my chin, sitting in the chair. "It happened before when I was three. My parents were out, and I told you about Gideon, my adopted brother, who was babysitting. That night, rogues infiltrated our home and were close to kidnapping me, but by the time my parents with Uncle Stan came back, my room was painted with the blood of the rogues."
