Chapter Forty-Three: Menacing Trance

"What do you mean, blood?" I questioned and started to get worried. "As in, someone will die?"

"I don't know," Tala wrapped her arms around herself. She was shaking. She is scared because of what she saw. "But all I know is it's not good."

Visioning blood isn't a good sign. 

Especially since Tala is the kind of witch who can see past, present, and future, seeing blood in her vision must have scared her.

"Did you see anything else?" I asked.

"Well…I know I saw you."

Okay, now I'm starting to get it. 

"I killed someone, didn't I?"

Tala shakes her head. "I don't think so, but…"

"But…?"

"You had Izek in your arms, and you were crying."

Then it hit me.

What Tala describes is what Kai experienced with Dorothy. 

Dorothy died because of her cousin's betrayal, and Kai was framed, causing him to go berserk. 

Does that mean someone close to Izek will plan an attack and put the blame on me?
