At first, the shower was... Normal, you know as much as two horny teenagers could take a shower together and not paw at one another to the point of getting straight to sex anyway.
But things only got truly lewd when Taihou sat down on the shower's bench so I could more easily wash her long black hair, and with her down at that height she got me with that sloppy gluck 9000, while I got to play with her obscene-sized breasts and got her off with my fingers before we realized we were going to end up taking too long in the shower...
And having Mother come to ask what was taking us 'so long' when she already gave us a bunch of extra time would be beyond mortifying. My mother... Had zero shame and would only snigger and giggle like a damned goblin at the thought of embarrassing me so much.
So the shower affair was mostly a quick thing as Taihou herself was clearly scared of Mother pulling a Kool-Aid man and asking if she was impregnated yet.
Thus we got cleaned up and out of the shower before such embarrassment could be imprinted within our minds forever, and then went to the gym so I could finally do this summoning.
"Alright, darling you go do the summoning and... Don't summon some kind of lewd succubus or something that will try to steal you away from me!" Taihou said blushing as she held my wrist and then she kissed my cheek before running down the hallway away from the gym where my summoning site was supposed to be.
-
Coming into the said site I saw there was a large magical circle engraved into the ground and recognized it as the portal site my family used sometimes when very valuable materials would be directly teleported to us rather than sent via courier. So the area with the help of the magical glyphs engraved into the ground was very dimensionally stable.
Besides the magical glyphs was my father who was standing beside it and seeing me walk in, he nodded. "Good to see you awake Jake... Sorry for not warning you about the pain but I promise you that your mother felt even worse pain when that element was extracted for you." He said with some weight in his voice and I nodded solemnly and swallowed back any complaints I had while he closed his eyes and took a breath before speaking again.
"Anyway... The path of the Summoning Element is that of summoning the beast, beast taming, and forming the contract between you and your beasts." My father began to explain. "Summoning gets its name instead of beasts tamers because typically 'beast tamers' just grab any old beasts, force a magical contract between the magician and the beast and that's it." He continued before snorting.
"But summoners are very different as they summon their beasts from higher realms... Said higher realm have in fact been visited by high-level summoners who basically reverse-summon themselves to said realms but very few return due to the resources there or they simply die in that more dangerous realm." My father explained and I nodded in understanding as he continued.
"Now... As for why Summoning is typically seen as a middling element to have is rather simple. Because the beasts summoned from a higher realm will for one take a portion of your magical energy for itself in binding the contract, and obviously you will need to provide the resources for your summoned beast to continue to cultivate and even to live within this lower realm." He finished explaining with a wry smile.
My father's life was a bit of a rags to riches story and that experience in clawing up to the peak of Advanced mage and touching upon the realm of Super mage and with his obsession in crafting, he refused to share his materials with a summoned beast that he may never use outside of battle or a couple other situations.
"So Jake, this summoned beast is going to be your partner in life... It will have a connection to your very soul and you will be able to not only gain talents from the beast from the contract but the contract will compel the creature to protect your life above your own." My father leaned in and held my shoulder as he spoke seriously to me.
"Be careful Jake, these beings come from a higher realm and aren't slaves... We help them grow stronger, they protect and serve us and either you will separate with that being returning to the higher realm or typically the summoner will go to the upper realm to grow with their summon." My father gave his final bit of warning before squeezing my shoulder to give me a side hug.
"Now good luck Jake, I will step out of the room so I don't interfere with the summoning." He said as he walked out and with a loud metallic clanging noise the room was sealed shut locking me into the room with only the dim sound of the air vents above breaking the silence.
Silently I walked over to the summoning site and feeling the spatial energies swimming around the magical glyph it was no challenge for me to engage the Summoning Element's internal spell of searching. And as my mind connected to the void I could feel my soul seemingly wandering through nothingness but ever distantly I could feel my mind almost pinging off beings and offering contracts according to the summoning magic's design.
-
The so-called higher realm that I connected with my Summoning Element to my limited human mind made no sense and I had no direction, so I was basically a blind spirit/ghost reaching around to nearby souls trying to find something that would accept the contract.
But eventually, my blind reaching struck pay dirt as I felt a soft soul not only accept the grasping contract being offered but all but throw themselves into it and I was reminded about how the spirit beasts and beings of the higher world knew our world as basically the easy mode world that they could grow naturally in more easily.
The soul seemed filled with pure life contrasting with the souls that were attuned to more elemental alignments like fire or other things and within moments I felt the being read the contract and seemingly not just sign the contract but slam their hands on the contract almost like it being was yelling' Shut up and take my money!'
Once the contract was signed by the being, my consciousness was pulled back into my body... And within my lap, as I was kneeling to do the summoning, I had my new summoned beast cutely looking up at me with affection clear within its crimson eyes.
I looked upon my summoned beasts and I couldn't help a smile as I took in the humanoid being with a predominantly white upper body, green hair, two horn lines on her head, with her legs being slightly darker green than her hair... I somehow summoned a Kirila of all things!
I couldn't help but poke the Kirila in its soft cheek and the small... The thing grabbed my finger in its smaller hands while looking up at me with its crimson eyes and pouting at my poke. "Uhh, can you speak?" I offered wryly wondering if it was actually a Pokemon or something but before I could try some charades to communicate with it, I felt a slight pressure on my mind.
And with that small pressure, I heard a shy feminine voice seemingly speaking clearly into my very mind. "Yes, I am capable of talking." She said but her mental voice was halting or something as she spoke through the contract we shared.
This was a great sign as it meant she didn't merely have bestial intelligence and was actually sentient and had a better bloodline that was at least at the Emperor level as she at only the minion level was still capable of speech.
Elated with my summon even though I was confused about how I summoned a Kirila I still greeted her, telling her my name. "My name is Jake, Barris do you have a name and what can you do or like to do?" I offered to wonder if this Kirila-looking monster was a combat-type being or with her grass or wood-type alignment if she was some type of tree spirit.
Whereas I was initially kinda scared I would need to name her, but I was instead completely floored as the Kirila stood up from my lap and glowed brightly while her voice seemingly came naturally like a normal voice but her voice still sounded shy as her glowing form faded away to show her new form. "I am a nature spirit so I am always watching over the forest I was born of... But I can switch to a human form and I can control and generate wooden constructs and I can help plants grow really well!" She finished excitedly while I was just gaping at her so-called human form.
The Kirlia had transformed into a teenage form of Nahida and as I took in the form I realized that if she ever evolved to look like Gardevoir as she went up the monster ranks she would turn into the elvish beauty that was Rukkhadevata... This world was great.
"That's very cool." I congratulated her gently and then asked again. "So do you have a name?" I asked again and she shook her head with a smile as she replied quickly.
"Nope, you have to give me a name as per the contract!" She said excitedly with her holding her hands in front of me while she all but bounced in excitement. I took in her form as I considered her name, she wasn't just a little girl like Nahida in Genshin Impact was. She looked to be about thirteen- fourteen years old and I knew her form would mature as her rank increased.
Rather than giving her a new name like Rose, or some other flower or wood-type name that would fit her, naming her Nahida would be so much easier as I would for sure remember it... And calling her Rukkhadevata was forbidden! I knew damned well that learning how to spell that name correctly or even calling out her name in that case in battle would be ridiculous.
"Then in that case your name shall be Nahida." I said and as she smiled gleefully I shivered as I felt our contract tighten as the now fully named Nahida glomped me while giggling.
Nahida looked up at me with that infectious smile while her leaf-green eyes all but glowed as she spoke through her giggling. "Hehe, Jake my mother was right!" At her statement, I rose an eyebrow in interest but she thankfully continued. "My mother was the mountain that my forest grew up on, and she was contracted to a human when she was just born, and then they had me when mother became a lot stronger and took father back to the upper realm."
She raised a hand as though trying to mimic her so-called mother's words and mannerisms. "Mother always told me that having a contract would fill spirits born of nature with emotions we couldn't naturally produce and thus the contract was an essential part of us going up and reaching our full potential!" She said
But as I was trying to get my thoughts in order I heard the door to the room opening up and Nahida was trying to earn another hug while rambling on about how contractors and their partners were besties for life and that I could never betray or leave her behind... And then standing behind Nahida with her crimson eyes glowing with repressed fury was Taihou.
