Chapter 16

Njat and Yuliya kept laughing and teasing Argo for having a boyfriend, so she decided that she would have to give them something to laugh about in return. So that afternoon, she went to the supermarket and bought some ice creams and chocolate bars, which she handed to them as an apology. Njat accepted her apology with a smile and then said he could buy her ice creams whenever he wanted, but that he would pay for them. Yuliya also said that she was sorry for what she'd done to Argo in the past and that she hoped that Argo wouldn't hold a grudge against her. As she finished saying those words, she looked directly at Yuliya with such a menacing expression, that Njat laughed nervously and asked her what exactly he had done in the past. Yuliya replied that she didn't know, since he had never mentioned her or talked about her to her or anybody else for that matter. She didn't know how it had come to pass that Njat had treated her in such a mean manner that she had threatened to take revenge on him if he didn't stop treating her so badly. She didn't say anything else though, and simply returned home after receiving her gifts.

The next day, Argo had her classes, including History and Physics, at 9am. By the time she had arrived at her first class however, she had forgotten all about Yuliya and her threats, and everything seemed as normal as ever. Even though there had been a lot of things wrong in the world, Argo felt completely alright in that moment. So, when class was finally over and everyone was packing their bags, Argo rushed over to find Njat, not wanting to waste any time. When she spotted Njat, she immediately apologised for the way she had behaved, telling him that she was really happy that he had come to apologise to her. She was lucky to have two great men in her life, so she really appreciated being able to call Njat a boyfriend. He responded with a smile, and once their conversation ended, they both headed out of the classroom together, leaving the other students behind. Once they had exited through the doors into the hallways, she grabbed hold of Njat's arm, causing him to turn and look at her.

As soon as she saw that smile on his face, a light blush appeared on her cheeks, and she smiled shyly. It may have been a new experience for the two of them, but it wasn't unpleasant. In fact, it had been rather enjoyable. Now that they weren't constantly trying to kill each other, they had become friends. And friends who kissed each other, and cuddled each other, and held hands and had a nice long talk and hugged each other, it was perfect. They were perfect.

They were perfect.

Chapter 17

"Hey, guys?" Njat said to his group of friends as they were walking back to their homes after their lunch break.

"Yeah?" Jhonny asked, looking over at Njat curiously.

"So... I was wondering if we could go somewhere tomorrow."

Jhonny raised an eyebrow questioningly.

"Go somewhere?" He repeated in disbelief.

Njat scratched the back of his head awkwardly and nodded.

"Yeah! Do you wanna hangout or something? Like go get dinner, or play games, or maybe go bowling?"

"Sure", Jhonny answered with a grin, "where are we gonna go?"

At this point, all of his friends had stopped walking and were staring at Njat questionably, waiting for him to continue, and it dawned on him that none of them had any idea what the hell was going on.

"Well, I was thinking that we should go bowling, maybe watch some movies, but we can also get food if you don't wanna do anything else!"
