Hardly five hours had passed since acting Chief Prince's speech, and already, more than half of Desper was on a quiet rampage with the Police moving in on illegal businesses with the sole intention of putting them off the face of the city for good.
For weeks, Ethan had been investigating certain businesses and establishments intending to shut them down for good. However, since most of these businesses were "protected" by corrupt officials, his chances to execute his plans were always foiled, leading him to higher levels of frustration.
Now, thanks to the Mayor's approval, Ethan was able to raid these businesses while also capturing the weak links in the police force. So far, over one hundred men and women within Desper's forces were arrested and jailed, ready to be locked up for many years without any fair trials. He did warn them, after all.
