Chapter 70: Sword Intent
Zed, Jingfei, Lan'er and Meixiang arrived at dark place. In front of them was their senior sister who stepped off the teleportation array and began walking forward.
The reason the place was dark was because they seemed to be inside an enclosed space with crooked stones as walls.
The first thing the youths noticed was that Qi was harder to gather and the air felt thinner. Zed and the others found it slightly hard to adjust to new environment.
After ten minutes of walking through the dark, they eventually arrived before the end. What met them was a spacious bottom of a trench between two large mountains.
They could tell that they were in very deep trench because of the sunlight that shined from the thin crack from several thousand meters above.
Even then, the light barely reached the bottom and they were still engulfed in darkness.
