Despite his passion for writing, Victor's manuscripts are constantly rejected, leaving him with barely enough income from teaching and freelancing to get by. One fateful night, Victor experiences a sudden burst of inspiration and writes a fantasy story about a hero who discovers a mythical artifact. To his astonishment, he wakes up the next morning to find that the very artifact he imagined has materialized in his room. Neighborly Or Teaching Charms?

---

Over the next few days, Victor began to notice a change in his interactions with Amanda, the neighbor he had saved from the robber.

It started with small gestures—she would knock on his door in the morning to present a basket of fresh-baked goods, or greet him with an extra sweet smile whenever they crossed paths in the neighborhood.

Amanda was a striking woman, even in her everyday attire. She had long, dark hair that cascaded in loose waves down her back, framing a face with high cheekbones and warm brown eyes that sparkled with gratitude whenever she saw him.

Her figure was curvaceous, and she carried herself with a confident grace that made her stand out. Today, she wore a light sundress that hugged her curves in all the right places, accentuating her hourglass figure.

One sunny afternoon, Victor was in his apartment, tidying up when he heard a knock at the door. He opened it to find Amanda standing there, holding a basket filled with an assortment of fruits, cookies, and a bottle of wine.

"Hi, Victor! I just wanted to drop this off as a little thank you," Amanda said, her voice warm and inviting. "Oh You've been so wonderful, and I really appreciate everything you've done."

Victor smiled, accepting the basket. "Thank you, Amanda. You really didn't have to."

"Nonsense," she replied with a wink. "It's the least I can do. You're our hero, after all."

As she walked away, Victor couldn't help but admire the sway of her hips and the elegance with which she moved. He closed the door, feeling a bit flustered but flattered by her attention.

Later that day, Johnny Cash paid Victor a visit. The moment Johnny walked in, he noticed the basket on the counter.

"Well, well, what do we have here?" Johnny asked, picking up a cookie and taking a bite. "Did Santa come early this year?"

Victor chuckled, shaking his head. "No, that's from Amanda, the woman I helped the other night. She's been really kind ever since."

Just then, there was another knock on the door. Victor opened it to find Amanda standing there again, this time with a tray of freshly baked muffins.

"Hi, Victor! I thought you might like these," she said, her smile radiating warmth.

Victor took the tray, feeling a bit awkward with Johnny watching. "Thanks, Amanda. These look delicious."

Amanda glanced over Victor's shoulder and noticed Johnny. "Oh, hello there! You must be Victor's friend."

Johnny stepped forward, flashing his usual charming grin. "That's right. Johnny Cash, nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too, Johnny," Amanda replied before turning back to Victor. "I'll see you around, Victor. Enjoy the muffins!"

As she left, Johnny gave Victor a knowing look. "Dude, she is totally into you."

Victor laughed, shaking his head. "Come on, Johnny. She's just being nice."

"Nice? Sure," Johnny said with a smirk. "She's practically throwing herself at you. I mean, did you see the way she looks at you? And bringing you food? That's not just neighborly kindness, my friend."

Victor felt a blush creeping up his neck. "I don't know, Johnny. She's a single mother. Maybe she's just grateful."

Johnny raised an eyebrow. "Grateful, huh? Trust me, man. She's into you. And you know what? You should go for it. She's hot, she's nice, and she's obviously into you if I didn't add that earlier."

Victor sighed, feeling the heat rise in his cheeks. "I don't know. It feels… complicated."

"Complicated? She's single, you're single. What's complicated about that?" Johnny said, giving Victor a playful nudge. "Besides, she's probably been lonely. She's a single mom, dude. She hasn't had sex in who knows how long. She's practically begging for it."

Victor's mind wandered as Johnny's words sank in. He couldn't deny that Amanda was incredibly attractive.

He remembered the way her sundress had hugged her curves, her full lips, and the gentle curve of her waist. His thoughts drifted into a fantasy, imagining her warm and inviting presence, her touch, and the possibility of being close to her.

Johnny's voice snapped him back to reality. "Earth to Victor! You still with me?"

Victor shook his head, trying to clear his thoughts. "Yeah, sorry. Just… thinking."

"Look, man, all I'm saying is, don't overthink it. She likes you. Go for it. What's the worst that could happen?" Johnny said with a shrug. "And hey, if you need any advice, you know where to find me."

Victor chuckled, feeling both amused and conflicted. "Thanks, Johnny but no. I like Precious."

"The hot colleague?" Johnny questioned while raising a brow.

"Yeah her... She's my dream woman," Victor stated.

"Black widow is my dream woman but we can't all have what we want right?" Johnny rolled his eyes.

"Trust me man, work, and love are two things that never mix. She'll never give you a chance. Just go for someone that actually wants you," Johnny advised Victor with a tone of seriousness.

As Johnny left, Victor found himself lost in thought. Amanda's kindness and attention had definitely made an impression on him.

But would he really give up on Precious just like that?

'I'm all for MILFs but, I think I have more things to worry about than hitting on women,' Victor said internally while moving towards his desk.

'Oh really? You disagree?' he stared down at the bulge protruding from his shorts.

-Days Later

The sun had dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows across the school grounds. Most of the students and staff had already left for the day, but the lights in Victor's classroom were still on.

He and Precious were working late, caught up in an unexpected situation that required their attention.

"Thanks for staying to help, Victor," Precious said, looking up from a stack of papers. "I didn't expect the copier to break down right when we needed to print all these forms."

Victor smiled, shaking his head. "No problem at all, Precious. Besides, it's nice to have some company while working late."

Precious laughed, her green eyes sparkling. "True. It's less lonely with someone else around."

As they worked side by side, Victor couldn't help but appreciate how effortlessly beautiful Precious looked, even after a long day.

Her honey-blonde hair was pulled back in a loose ponytail, and she wore a simple but elegant blouse paired with a pencil skirt that highlighted her figure. Her presence was comforting and invigorating at the same time.

They chatted as they worked, their conversation flowing easily. They talked about their students, upcoming lessons, and their shared love for literature. Victor found himself more and more drawn to Precious, enjoying her company and the natural connection they seemed to have.

"Do you ever feel like you're living a double life?" Victor asked, a hint of playfulness in his voice. "By day, mild-mannered teachers; by night, secret writers and adventurers."

Precious chuckled, a blush creeping up her cheeks. "Sometimes. But I think that's what makes life interesting. The balance between being a teacher and also a young person with a life."

Victor leaned in slightly, his tone more flirtatious. "Ohoh? Any secret life you're hiding, Precious?"

She looked up, her blush deepening. "Maybe a few. But I think I'd need some encouragement to share them."

Victor's smile widened. "Well, I'm all ears. And I'm very good at keeping secrets."

They shared a laugh, the atmosphere between them growing warmer and more intimate. The copier finally whirred back to life, completing the last of the print jobs. Victor and Precious gathered the papers, ready to call it a night.

As they walked out of the building together, the night air was cool and refreshing. The school grounds were quiet, and the stars twinkled above them, adding a touch of magic to the evening.

"Thanks again for your help, Victor," Precious said, her voice soft. "I really appreciate it."

"Anytime, Precious. You know I'm always happy to help," Victor replied, his eyes meeting hers.

They walked in comfortable silence for a few moments. As they reached the gate, Precious turned to Victor, a shy smile playing on her lips.

"Hey, Victor, I was wondering… There's an event next week, a charity gala. I was invited, but I don't really want to go alone. Would you be my plus one?" she asked, her voice tinged with nervous excitement.

Victor's heart skipped a beat. "I'd love to, Precious. It sounds like fun."

Her smile brightened, and she looked relieved. "Great! I'm really glad you're coming. It'll be nice to have a friend there."

Victor nodded, his mind already racing with thoughts of the upcoming event. "I'm looking forward to it. Just let me know the details, and I'll be there."

They said their goodbyes, and Victor watched as Precious walked to her car, feeling a mix of excitement and anticipation.

'To your face Johnny haha! Didn't you say work and love couldn't work?'

As he headed home, Victor couldn't help but smile.
