A.I.F.P.

    I am very curious about this system and I think I know how to operate it. I have read a few novels about messed up situations like this where these systems show up. So with my very limited experience I decided to say out loud " System! " and the bluish screen before me starts shrinking. The old text on it disappears and a new one takes its place. It now reads:

´Good morning, Aura! 

How may I help you today?´

I look like an idiot sitting on the ground with my mouth open. It answered! That sentence is on repeat in my brain. I decided to answer " Good morning to you too.. System. Could you explain to me what the hell is going on? "

´I would gladly explain everything, as that is one of my many purposes!

 Would you like to know anything specific?´

 Well duh, I think as I try to find the perfect question. Yet I can't think of any, but the curiositi makes me blurt out a million questions 

" How did I get here? Where am I and what the fuck are you?" 

I say with impatience and a little bit of hope.

´I am your system, you may refer to me as A.I.F.P. if you wish.

 Your current location is in the "Deep Woods", it is one of the more easier starting locations.

 As for how you got here, you were chosen from your world to participate in the "Game of Life!" as a player! Congratulations! Would you like me to explain the rules?´

I feel like throwing up, what do you mean I was chosen from my world? And no, I 

don't want to know the rules! 

" I don't-" I get interrupted.

´I am sorry to interrupt, but I can tell you are in a stressful situation and I understand  your hesitation to take part.

Sadly I predict that if you refuse, you will not be able to avoid death for long. So my suggestion to you, as your dedicated system, would be to participate and listen to me.

I will do my very best to ensure your early survival and promise to prepare you for this world accordingly!´

I guess this system has a point? It is my only hope. If I can survive long enough I might also be able to leave and go back.

I once again hear my stomach rumble. The system had brought so much hope for me, that I had completely forgotten about everything else. Like my uncomfortable current situation, which is my starving stomach and need to go to the bathroom. Oh no.

With a lot of hesitation, I slowly stand up and go behind a tree.

    Now that I once again am considering death as an option and have seated myself back near the bush, it is time to ask an important questions.

"Heyy. Do you know anything about these berries? "

    ´I am glad you asked! You have absolutely nothing to worry about, because these berries are absolutely harmless, their name is Mosberries. They are completely normal and average in every way possible.

Like I said, this is an easy starting area, there aren't a lot of things here that can threaten your existence, other than your own incompetence.

Now that it seems like you have accepted your faith, would you like to receive your first quest?´

    I get excited. So excited that my hands start shaking. I'm getting my first quest and the berries aren't poisonous. Thank god!! I immediately start eating the berries like an absolute mad woman. I was so hungry, but now I'm slowly starting to feel better. I think I had forgotten to mention how huge this bush was, because it's huuge.

Now that I have had my fill and feel alive once again, I very excitedly, like an eager student, ask for my first quest.

´Wonderful! Your first quest shall be:

Quest 1 Familiarise yourself with the system!

Time Limit: As fast as possible

Reward: Knowledge and familiarity

Failure: If failed somehow the system shall be very impressed.

It should be easy enough and I am sure you are curious about your stats Aura.

Seriously? My first ´quest´ is this? Really?? Well fuck i guess we godda get it done. I was expecting her to ask me to kill something.

`I have deemed that too hard for you at your current level and lack of weapons.´

I can not even deal with you right now system, I had my hopes so high. Yet still I very disappointedly try thinking this time and voila, a new blue screen appears full of my stats.
