I missed you

Four days has passed ever since the raid started and none of the rankers have come out of the dungeon. People were beginning to worry because the estimated time to finish was three days, at most, four. However, no one came out even after the fourth day but the dungeon was still closed so that means people were still fighting inside.

"Do you think everyone will make it back?" The soldiers and hunters waiting in front of the dungeon discussed that topic. Some thought that they would all die while others thought they'd make it out alive, but it's hard to tell.

This is the strongest dungeon they'd ever had in history and each rank has a major difference in power. Even one S-rank hunter won't be able to clear an S-rank dungeon by itself, "Look!! Someone came out!" A soldier yelled.

Turns out, a few A rankers and most S rankers made it out alive. Although, they were suffering from heavy injuries since all the healers had died. The boss they fought was smart enough to take out the healers first, "They made it!!" The people waiting outside cheered loudly as pictures were being taken and a live camera playing.

When Astasia and Luke were watching the channel, she saw Kai, "Hey Asha, I want to become a hunter too!" He spoke.

"Why? It's too dangerous,"

"Because we can be rich. If I were to collect Mana crystals then I can sell them for 100 each. Once I collect enough, I can buy us a car, a dog, and even a better house!"

"Wait... do you mean this?" Astasia took out a magic crystal from the dimensional storage and showed it to Luke. His eyes sparkled when he finally saw one in real life, "SIS, ARE YOU A HUNTER?!" Luke yelled.

"I-I guess you can say I am?"

"What guild are you in?! What do you do? What rank are you? No no, let's go to the hunter store and sell it to them!!"

Luke was so excited that he asked everything at once and readied himself to go to the store. Although, it was all in vain because Astasia had no hunter ID to show them. In order to sell items, one must have a hunter ID but she didn't even have one.

"Hey, I'm going to meet up with someone, so I'll be back okay? If I don't come home, have dinner without me," she told her little brother who raised his eyebrow in suspicion.

"Is it a boyfriend?" He asked.

"Hmm. You can say a fiancé? Well I'll get going now!"

When Luke heard the word "fiancé" he felt his heart shatter. He's been secretly in love with his older sister, but he couldn't do anything about it since it's a forbidden romance. They may not be related by blood but the papers state that they're siblings and besides he's three years younger than her and that made him feel like a kid.

Meanwhile, Kai was in his guild, resting. Everyone had gathered inside the hotel their guild owned, but a particular woman was making a scene, "Ma'm you cannot go inside! This is strictly for Knight members only," the security said.

"I'll give you five seconds to move out of my damn way before I chop your head off," she spoke seriously as the hunters felt threatened and took out their weapon.

Kai was laughing at the scene, but he didn't wish for anything to happen right after the raid so he went up to Astasia with a smile on his face, "Let her go. She's my fiancé," Kai said.

Astasia pushes the guards away and jumped onto Kai who returned her embrace, "You were gone for a week! Does it take that damn long to clear a dungeon?" She raised her voice.

EVERY single person looked at them in shock. The Kai they know is a cold hearted bastard that never shows affection to anyone, yet he's hugging a woman and smiling?

The most jealous out of them is Jaena. She had liked him ever since she first saw him but he's never looked her way once, "No. They're not dating. They're not dating," Jaena mumbled to herself in shock. She wanted to deny the truth but it's hard when she was seeing the two of them embrace each other so passionately in front of everyone.

"You. You smell like that bitch, Medusa," Astasia grabbed his hand and sniffed his wrist,

"Medusa? That snake headed woman?"

"Yeah, that snake headed bitch. How dare she try to poison you," Astasia sucked on the tiny hole he had, causing everyone to grow embarrassed for her. However, more than embarrassment, she was trying to save Kai's life.

"Poiso- Wait! Don't do that!" Kai realized what she was doing so she pulled her away but it was too late. She had already drank the poison in his body, "Spit it out," he grabbed her cheeks and kissed her.

"It's fine Kai. I'm immune to poison, so I won't die"

"...." he didn't say anything but stare down at her and kissed her again. The guards that stood by them awkwardly looked away until the guild master appeared, "Hahaha, kids these days sure are bold!"

"You are?" Astasia raised a brow at him. She felt a strong aura surrounding him, so it slightly piqued her interest, "Luther. Guild master of the Knights guild. You must be Kai's fiancé"

"I'm Astasia. It's a pleasure to meet you," she replied, but she didn't return the handshake seeing as her arms rested around Kai's neck.

"We have a congratulatory guild party tomorrow. Every member can invite their significant other, would you like to come?" Luther asked Astasia as she smiled.

"No. I'd rather stay home with him. Have a good day Luther," Astasia dragged Kai out of the guild as they traveled back home. As usual, she never fails to amuse Kai. Even towards the guild master, she can be so bold and still keep up the arrogance.

"How's the place?" He ask while driving.

"I don't know. I was staying over at my family's house. I finally told them that I'm back and... I just went to see them,"

"Oh really? Are you going to move there now then?" The indifference in Kai's voice pained Astasia's heart so she smacked his shoulder, "Shouldn't you be sad that I'm leaving, you bastard! Of course I told them I'm already staying with you. I'll visit them often but I already decided to live with you."

"You're my fiancé after all,"

"Yeah yeah. I might have to reconsider that."

"Is my fiancé mad at me? You're cute when you're mad"

"Shut up! Keep driving,"
