[Messenger]
Holder was right, Forseti could even block the meteorite attack of old Troll royal wizard. In the event of an accident, no one could handle it better than him," someone agreed.
As a paladin, Forseti could resist, fight, and heal, capable of handling diverse tasks.
Most people had heard of Forseti's rich, diverse, and even bizarre life-saving methods. For example, the incident where Forseti led a team to resist a meteorite attack was considered quite magical by most Asgardians.
"And Forseti, I remember you spent a few years alone in Jotunheim before. This experience is undoubtedly valuable for a messenger," another person said.
Hela looked at Forseti: "What's your opinion?"
Forseti was silent for a moment, then simply nodded and said, "Since everyone thinks so, I'll be the messenger."
Not only did he simply agree, but he even wanted to stand up, although he found there was no need to, so he stayed seated.
The next day, Forseti took Hela's letter and instructions and set off from the camp to the Snow Demon Tribe.
When he was in Jotunheim previously, he could only travel on foot, but now he could fly, making the journey much faster.
With the magic floating cloak, Forseti could even sleep while traveling, although occasionally hitting an iceberg was painful.
This made Forseti think about when his magic floating cloak could gain consciousness like Doctor Strange's, achieving true fully automated flight.
A few days after leaving the camp, the magic floating cloak carried Forseti at a low altitude, neither fast nor slow, akin to a trot.
While flying, Forseti looked at the map of Jotunheim in his hand.
Jotunheim was full of blue sky and snow, making it difficult to navigate with ordinary maps. Therefore, Forseti held a magic map that showed not only the whole of Jotunheim but also the three-dimensional terrain of nearby areas, similar to satellite navigation.
After a while, a turbid area appeared on the map, indicating an unexplored region, likely a settlement of frost giants or a natural magic barrier. Forseti increased his speed and carefully circumvented the area.
After almost another day's flight, Forseti arrived at his destination, an ice mound where he could see the buildings of the Snow Demon Tribe.
The buildings of the Snow Demon Tribe were slender, reflecting the characteristics of their race.
After a while, Forseti noticed light blue figures flying ahead. Upon closer inspection, he saw their short, slender statures, averaging about one and a half meters tall, with two pairs of crystal wings giving them the ability to fly, albeit not very fast.
These were the snow demons, or as they called themselves, snow elves.
The leader was an old snow demon with a beard like snow under his jaw. Among the snow demons, the beard was the only sign Forseti could use to identify gender. The other snow demons all had soft and feminine appearances.
To be on the safe side, Forseti assumed they were all men.
"Honorable Aesir, I am Sommer, the patriarch of the Snow Elf tribe," the old man said respectfully.
"Hello, I am the messenger of His Highness Hela, Forseti," Forseti replied.
Patriarch Sommer nodded and invited Forseti to follow him to their settlement, leading him to a hall in the center.
Though called a hall, it was not very large, reflecting the snow demon's characteristic slenderness.
After being seated, the snow demons brought special food to Forseti, and Patriarch Sommer said, "Lord Forseti, since His Highness Hela sent a messenger, he must have agreed to our request."
"Asgard is peace-loving. After learning what happened to your noble clan, we are of course willing to help you escape the clutches of the frost giants," Forseti said, handing over a letter. "This is the reply from His Highness Hela."
Patriarch Sommer read the letter. Forseti continued, "Emotionally, we trust and are willing to help the snow elves, but we must be prepared. We cannot let His Highness Hela go far from the camp to negotiate."
"It's not impossible to come to the Asgard camp, but your camp is close to the sun mirror. Our snow elves are very sensitive to light and heat, and cannot withstand the sun's heat," Sommer explained.
"Closing the sun mirror will greatly increase the risk of attack on the camp. In Jotunheim's environment, without the sun mirror, we are at a great disadvantage against the frost giants," Forseti replied.
Patriarch Sommer paused and then said, "It's our ill-consideration. Since that's the case, we can hold the discussion at the location mentioned in the letter."
After a few more words, Sommer hesitated and asked, "After the war, about the ownership of Jotunheim..."
Forseti smiled, "Such matters will ultimately be decided by His Majesty Odin. Personally, I believe His Majesty Odin has no interest in a planet like Jotunheim."
Patriarch Sommer nodded, "Although the snow elves have limited power, we know the Frost Giants very well. We even know the layout of Gastepony Castle where Fabti is located. I believe this will be a pleasant cooperation."
The conversation was not long, and Forseti successfully completed the mission as a messenger.
At the end, Patriarch Sommer clapped his hands, and two beautiful long-haired snow demons walked in, twisting their waists.
"This is..." Forseti was taken aback.
Sommer smiled, "Take the messenger to rest. Forseti is an honored guest of the Snow Elves, treat him well."
