Explanation

I'm gonna be using Power Levels here for measuring strength so it would be much easier for a lot of people to understand.

It's like the measurement of Power Levels in Dragon Ball except this isn't Dragon Ball.

Since this would 'only' be based in Modern World and won't be going to other Realms like Cultivation World Novels.
