Chapter 1

"It's been a while, huh Mr. Wolf?" An old man spoke, stroking his white beard. Looking down at the man below him, his eyes held amusement and pity all the same. Finding the one below him to be in a funny spot. The one in question shrugged, scratching his chin. "Could've been longer." He retorted, his eyes sharp but lazy, never leaving the eyes of the old man sitting on the throne before him.

Chuckling, the old man adjusts himself in his seat. "Oh well. I find your company to be rather soothing! Your cold attitude and aloof expressions always make me feel at home! Haha!" Wolf rolled his eyes. "Can we get this over with? Just send me on my way already. I don't need any more of this useless small talk." Throwing his head back, Wolf bit back a sigh.

The old being, however, wasn't so uptight. He sighed and nodded. "Fine, you downer. This time in your life, I have a proposition to make. I'm sure you'll like it." Wolf's eyebrows raised slightly, finding the man's words to be pleasant to the ears. Shoving his hands in his pockets, he rocks back and forth on his feet, looking expectantly at the being in front of him.

"Oh- I guess that means you're interested. Using your words would make this go along faster, you know. Stop acting like you're too cool to speak to me." The Old man pouted slightly, causing Wolf to recoil. "I'll use my words if it means I don't ever have to see that again." Saying it more like a statement than a joke, the old man shrugged all the same, taking no offense to the man's words.

"What's the proposition, old man?" He was getting a little impatient. It's true that the current turn of events was nice to the ears, but he could've already been on to his next life by now, instead he's here listening to an old delusion God speak about a proposition that he knows will probably have a price tag attached to it. Another part of his mind, his more… Pessimistic side, hopes that maybe- Just maybe… The God could be doing something good for him.

"Oh? Now you seem so eager! That's good, that's good… Okay! So!" Clapping his hands together and sitting up higher in his seat, a smile creeped up his face. Tugging at his lips as he watched the impatient Wolf tap his finger on his forearm in anticipation. "I want to offer you the chance to go into your new life… With a set of abilities of your choice! Woo! How does that sound? Amazing, right!?"

Wolf froze, frowning as he fell into thought. 'Power? Of my choice? Is he dumb…? You know what, never mind. I'm going to take this blessing and do as I wish.' He pulled himself out of his funk and smiled slightly. "Any power?" He asked, tilting his head slightly. The earrings in his ears wriggling around in the open as he did so. The God hummed, "Well, obvious nothing TOO crazy, but yeah. Pretty much anything you could ever wish for, in the palm of your hands." Tapping the arm rest of his throne, he waited patiently for Wolfs response.

The one in question buzzed, falling into thought: "What's the catch? There's no way you're letting me have most of any power that I could ever ask for, for free." A skeptical brow rising to the sky. "Oh, come on! Why do you have to be so wary all the damn time! I'm not even a bad guy if we're being for real." Letting out an exasperated sigh, The Gods head hung low in feigned dejection.

Wolf wasn't buying it though, so he stayed firm on his questions and suspicions.

"There's no catch. The only thing that could be considered a catch is that there is a reasonable limit on the type of power you could wish for. Like, you can't ask for Omnipotence, because that would come back and bite us Gods in the butt. I'm not so stupid to give you that. You can't have any Almighty Powers… The World of One Piece isn't ready for that yet." He shrugged, his careless, laid-back ways shining through as he started to slouch in his chair again.

Wolf hummed, nodding along to The Gods words.

"Okay. If that's the case- And I assume I'm going to One Piece, then?" He tilted his head, The Gods eyes widened, slapping his forehead as he let out a groan. "Fuck! That was supposed to be a secret! Ugh, well yes. You're going to One Piece. Chop chop! We don't have all day! Make your requests and I'll approve of them." He sighed. Slouching further.

Wolf felt his minds gears start rotating faster than ever. Putting together power after power, enhancement after enhancement, until he found the perfect idea that would make him invincible… At least in the world of One Piece.

'Sorry Enel.' "Since you insist, I'll take Transcendent Lightning Manipulation, Spiritual Force Manipulation for Haki, Absolute Condition, and Calm State." Holding up four fingers, Wolf smiled slightly, watching as the God in front of him nodded in agreement. "Transcendent Lightning Manipulation, huh? Is that like the absolute version of Lightning Manipulation?" Tilting his head, The God asked.

Wolf shrugged. "Don't know. But I was intending for it to not have any limits on power of it. Hence the Transcendence part." Nodding slowly, The God shrugged as well. "Whatever, I can grant you all of that. So! Off you go! You already wasted my time enough as it is." With a snap of his fingers and nod of Wolfs head, the looped-reincarnate disappeared, leaving the domain empty.

SKYPIEA: ANGEL ISLAND.

Falling from above even the highest of clouds, was a dark-skinned man, ripped with muscle and littered with scars. Short, blonde hair and a light beard, breaking through the clouds. Entirely naked, the man grunted as the skin on his face began to flap during his free fall. 'I hate that damn God.' He lamented mentally, narrowing his eyes so the wind wouldn't affect him that much anymore.

Wolf felt his confusion fade seeing a giant set of clouds hoisting buildings and bustling with life. However, he also realized that at the rate he's falling, he'd crash straight through the clouds and fall all the way to the Paradise Sea which Skypiea flew above. Gritting his teeth, he took a shot at manipulating his powers for the first time, closing his eyes and feeling the knowledge of how to utilize such overwhelming abilities, flood his mind.

Within a couple of seconds, he had already mentally mastered the basics of his Lightning and knew how to call it forth from within his body. His whole frame crackled with pure white electricity before he suddenly disappeared, turning into a bolt of lightning as he struck the sandy area of Angel Beach.

He let out a sigh, feeling the entirety of his body shiver under the cold breeze. His gaze hardened as he slowly looked around, trying to inspect his new surroundings. 'Putting me on Skypiea was nice… Too bad I don't remember much about One Piece. It's been so long since I've read it…' He mused, looking off into the distant horizon hovering over the sea of white in front of him.

"U-Um, excuse me? C-Could you please put some clothes on!" A high pitched, squeaky voice pulled him out of his thoughts. Looking over his shoulder without much thought, he saw a girl that looked extremely familiar. Inspecting her from her pink, fluffy sandals to her milky white legs and her pink dress with black flower shaped textures going along her thighs.

Her blonde hair put into two lazy pigtails and the strange antennas on her head stood out. But the most noticeable thing were the tiny angel wings sticking out from the height of her back.

She was beat red as she covered her face with her hands, turning around when she realized Wolf was staring at her.

"…Do you have some?" Wolf asked, sucking in a calm breath as he sat down, covering his genitals so the girl wouldn't be too embarrassed anymore. Conis, alongside her cloud fox, Su, peaked around, slowly but surely. Seeing that he was sitting down, waiting patiently for her, she calmed down a bit herself too.

"U-Uh, maybe… Just stay right here!" With haste, she took off in the opposite direction, heading towards the heart of Angel City.
