Her opponents were confused, but that did not phase them out of order given by their master. The guards were loyal to the prince. Thus they made the most effort to attack. One took out a sword while the other held daggers. Rosa moved her neck again, cracking the stiffness away from it, and stood straight, waiting for them to approach. It was like magic for her.
‘What was in that drink? I can see everything.’ She thought as she could somehow predict the moves of the guards.
Unknown to her what it was, she sidestepped on the first attack that the sword aimed for her heart and dodged the second attack by leaning back fast as the next dagger aimed to hit her throat.
Rosa used her hand on her back like a half circle and moved out of the way. Her body was bent on the ground. She let her hand go and fell on her back; her legs kicked on the ground to slide out of the way. Rosa crawled out of the way. She slowly stood up to notice the two guards approaching her from the opposite side.
