Bk 3: Ch– 227 Adela’s words(pt-2)

Nicholas kept on gripping the paperweight. He put all his anger on that paperweight before releasing his breath again to get a grip. He can not let his rage control his thoughts. Nicholas shook his head rubbing his face with his hand. He waited till the guard standing outside closed the door. He turned around to proceed to sit on his desk when his eyes went big and he had to take a step back flinching. Nicholas was speechless seeing his sister hiding underneath the desk.

Rosaline was sitting while hugging her legs. She raised her hand waving in greeting. “It has been a while, Your Majesty.”

The next moment Rosa crawled out of the table as Nicholas took two steps back giving her some space. Rosa took her time getting out of the table and curved her back on the opposite side. The cracking noise made Nicholas more shocked.

“I thought Lady Adela would never leave, it is too cramped inside there. I wish I was not this bulky. Then again…..” She turned around to face the room.
