[ ~ Chapter • Start ~ ]
The moment the next day began, every one of us were led to a Coliseum by the Commander of the Heilig Kingdom's Knights, Meld Loggins, the man whom we had met yesterday.
Exchanging greetings with each other, he had began to explain that he would be the one training us to get ourselves in shape and eventually give us the experience we need that would be sharpened later enough.
After a few moments of explanation, a knight arrived, carrying exactly 25 Metal Plates the size of our palms.
I do recognize that those were Status Plates, and it wasn't even my first time seeing one. I mean, I have not even attempted to create one even if I actually knew how to make one as I had other, more important things to do (Basically, teacher preparation stuff)
What these plates do is simply show some of your personal information, stats included, and we were all given one for free.
So how do we activate the Status Plates? Simple, just put a drop of blood to the plate and it will act like a DNA scanner for a few milliseconds before being bound to one person (unless, of course, somebody overwrites it with their own drop of blood).
Each of my students' status plates glowed a different color each, while mine was a colorful visual cluttering that eventually became white before dimming.
It merely irritated me, but knowing that it would pull some attention to me, I almost just let it happen.
Excitement seemed to erupt from the students, and even most of them gathered around Kouki, mostly to sing praises at him.
"Woah, those starting stats are cool, as expected of the best!" Jugo praised, as Kouki put his hands on his hips and smiled pridefully.
"All stats in 100 for a mere starter level, huh? Just one third of mine, and I'm currently around an incredibly high level. I am sure you would surpass me in mo time!" Meld commented with a small smile, nodding to himself with satisfaction.
Those comments simply fueled Kouki's ego, but in utter seriousness though, he's around ten to fifteen times weaker than me, who is just Level 28 right now.
I have a lot of skills, too, and the Sage Class is quite literally something equal to having the Hero Class.
Meaning I still have a massive road ahead of me. I have immense potential, after all, and the Level Cap of 100 can still be removed without much problem using a certain type of magic.
Eri had approached me and shown me her status plate, which isn't that much because she was only 6 times stronger than an average human and her magic stats were equal to Kouki, and she was just Level 10.
Her class of Necromancer had made her much more skilled in terms of Dark Magic, probably specific types of it.
When we returned our Status Plates to each other, I patted her head as she beamed up to me.
"Fufufufu~ Sensei, more!"
"... No."
I retracted my hand and turned around, leaving Eri to feel disappointed.
Other businesses have to be done, you know. Like seeing Daisuke Hiyama not hesitating to be a headache for the 12th time since I was teaching him.
He was, of course bullying somebody again, and that one was the most bullied person in his class: Nagumo Hajime.
"Hey! 10 is average, right? Boo! That's pathetic, even your class is very common on this world, fuhahaha!" Daisuke yelled, with a large smirk on his face, but it seemed like everybody was silent.
I almost wanted to rub my palm on my face, but because of certain instances, I can finally show some of my magic on this delinquent.
Aiming my finger at him, I charged up a small bit of mana on my fingers.
"O' lord of thunder, lend me your power, subjugate this fool with the mouth of a wild dog! [Paralyzing Bullet]!" I chanted my spell, and in an instant, that student was hit on his shoulder with a small bolt of lightning, drawing more attention by his almost silent scream.
..... Why did I even chant? Simple, I want to hide my powers for a simple moment, but realizing that I was a "God's Apostle" I could actually just be silent and just say the spell right away.....
.... Still..... that's pretty primitive. I hate it as much as both the Astral Magician and Scientist does.....
Approaching him with a disappointed face, I managed to catch a glimpse of his eyes, which were filled with surprise and anger. Don't worry, this particular spell only paralyzes the target, but it doesn't affect any vital functions.
"I don't do this as much as I wanted to, but look at you. I bet that personality of yours would only give everyone a big amount of trouble, Hiyama." I scolded him with a frown, though I do not think he would realize what he's doing.
Then, I stared at the sitting duck that was Hajime Nagumo.
"And you, try finding a way to fight back; Synergists are one of the most versatile classes since they're similar to alchemists in that anime I watched."
Ignoring the bully's cries, I turned to the exit of the coliseum.
The other students, even Kouki had approached us, too.
"Teacher, why did you do that?" The Hero questioned me, caring a little bit about his classmate.
"Don't you realize what he's been doing for the past few months? A small note, he'll recover in just five minutes."
I began to move the exit of this Coliseum, with Eri immediately following me without hesitation.
Kouki was silent, but because of his nature, I almost thought that he was being sarcastic or he might forget what I was speaking right now.
The other students barely sent worried looks to such a bully, but still, my barely necessary action actually made them almost criticize me.
Meld approached me, as if he had something to ask me.
"Sir Satoru, where are you going right now, and what is in your Status Plate right mow?" He asked, and I smiled.
"Fighting crime in the Castle Town outside is a better way to enhance my combat skills than simply training. And about my status, my class is Sage, and my All of my stats are around 50 except my Magic and Magic Defense which is at 150."
My small lie made him nod his head in understanding what I wanted to do right now. But as if moved by my words, like a dog, Kouki immediately sprinted towards me.
"Teacher, I'm going to fight crime with you here!"
"No, you're all still inexperienced."
"But, I'm a hero, I'm very strong and reliable!"
"You would let your enemies go if they plead hard enough in their weakesy, so Eri and Endou, follow me!"

Seeing Satoru leave, Hajime began to wonder about the possibilities of his ability.
"Transmutation is versatile, huh...." He clenched his hands lightly, before sighing.
Hajime had obtained a semblance of confidence he needed, but as he glanced at Satoru again, he noticed that he seemed to have grown a few inches shorter and noticeably younger; however, when he blinked, Satoru was still himself.
It was probably nothing, but as his classmates began to slowly argue, he couldn't help but sigh.
'I want to return home already....' He spoke in his heart, as he felt homesick.
It seems like Hajime had already wanted to seek a way to return to his world, but for now, he would wait for something that would lead him back to his world.
