Chapter 13: Mobile Game

After reaching home, Charmel stepped inside and immediately made a beeline for her gaming setup.

"Alright," she muttered to herself, cracking her knuckles. "Let's get this final mission over with."

With a determined look on her face, Charmel sat down and started playing Battle of Kings.

Meanwhile, Leo got home and was now in his room, thinking about the strange moment with Charmel earlier.

"That was odd," he thought to himself, still puzzled by her sudden change in behavior. "I hope she's okay."

Hours passed, and the sun started to set. Charmel was still hunched over her gaming setup, determined to beat the final mission.

"Just a little more..." she murmured to herself, eyes glued to the screen.

Leo had finished his homework and was now lying on his bed, trying to relax.

"Maybe I should call her," he thought, picking up his phone. "Make sure she's okay."

suddenly, her phone buzzed, breaking her concentration. She glanced at it and saw a message from Leo "What does he want?" she wondered, feeling irritated. "Can't he see I'm in the middle of something?"

Annoyed, she ignored the message and returned to the game. But the interruption had disrupted her flow, and she found herself struggling to complete the mission. When she look on her window it's already morning.

Charmel grumbled to herself, feeling frustrated.

"Ugh, stupid phone notifications!" she muttered, irritated that her focus had been interrupted.

She tried to return to the game, but felt like her flow had been disrupted. Minutes passed, turning into hours, as she became more and more annoyed. Finally, Charmel slammed her controller down in frustration.

"Ugh, I can't do this!" she grumbled, feeling defeated.

She sighed deeply, knowing she needed a break. It was already morning, but she had been so engrossed in the game that she hadn't noticed.
