Prologue

in the 1700s the main thread of our story takes place in Tirinia, one of the three great kingdoms, which is closely connected with Deneria, the homeland of the elves. King of Tirinia, Naofuda Marionett, and the leader of the elves Lucia Deneron. The kingdom is based on a ladder, this is where you decide who is treated and the bigger the better... But this ranking loses its validity against a soul holder, where humans or elves are classified completely differently. That's how it is our protagonist is 16-year-old Rito Batou, who serves in a kingdom as a court clown, that is, a jester, who has two personalities, so he suffers from schizophrenia. However, due to an unexpected event, his life takes an unexpected turn, he falls in love with the of that time 17-year-old Princess Marinett Aika, with whom he moved into the castle at the same time, but she turns down the prince's suitors one after another.

This story is not set in an ordinary world, but about a relationship between a spirit and a human, where humans and elves control the spirit's soul, they are called Soul Holders, so it is with Rito, whose childhood friend is Abigail Lucia, who was an elf and whose tragic death because of that, she soon died, but her soul did not, so Rito was forced to become a soul holder, which is only possible at the age of 18, but he was somehow able to obtain Abigail's soul and control it. Our protagonist's goal is to resurrect his childhood friend and make the princess accept his feelings. The other two kingdoms, Perenis and Syronida, are at odds with Tirinia because they do not support Deneria, so they despise all elves and their culture, that's why it's not that common that sometimes the soldiers or soul holders raiding it will kill elves or loot in Tirinia... Or just the beginning of a fairy tale?
