Prologue

As time went by, I could tell this was the final stop for me. The way the moon was leaving, and the blood was begging to show. I couldn't keep living... no matter how hard I tried.

Nothing seemed to work, even when we thought it was over. The end was just a start of something new. I've spent 15 years trying to end this outbreak.

This is nothing I would have imagined before it started. It was so peaceful back then. Now I can hardly remember what the warmth of the rain felt like when it hit my skin.

The feeling of my mother's warmth when she hugged me before bed. The warmth of the girl that I loved hand. Even warmth of the heater I used to hide near to sleep.

It all started to fade away like something was pulling my memory out of my head. I couldn't believe that everything I cared for vanished in less then a day. Nothing was the same since the day people turned against people.

At first it was not really noticable. It started with a few people getting super angry for no reason. Then after the day ended up with half the population or more attacking others and taking there life's.

People went into hiding all over the world after a few months. If you had to big of a group you died. If your group was to small you died.

The only thing scarier then the outbreak was the people who didn't go mad. Some created groups to wipe out anyone who didn't follow there orders. Some even gave up others as sacrifices.

I stuck with a regular sized group of 20 people. I'm lucky I lasted so long but I guess now my luck has run out. I lost to much blood and can hardly walk anymore.

The strange thing is though that there is this weird white dot I started to see when I almost fainted. Just as I closed my eyes the white dot grew that when I opened my eyes I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
