As it turned out, the two were trapped in what appeared to be a box. When they tried to walk around the grassy field, they were met with a strange white wall that was on all sides of the plain. The trees that surrounded it made it hard to see, until Sebastian walked straight into the said strange white wall and almost broke his nose. Another thing they found out was that scrolls, books, and smaller diaries full of random scraps of information. 

That was how they first found out about the oculus.

It was founded by a person named King Rudolph - you should already know who that is by now - to help in taking down enemy kingdoms. Of course, it directly stated that anyone within the kingdom who was a nuisance would also be exterminated. In other words, Sebastian was a 'nuisance' within the kingdom who needed to be exterminated. 

"Huh. Now I don't know what to think, because generally the Oculus doesn't even sound that bad if you read the text." Jylan said, holding up a leather-bound book. Sebastian looked over at him, and then thought for a minute. 

"So you're saying, Butler, If I can prove myself a worthy leader, I can take over this Oculus and get my throne back?"

Jylan almost dropped the book in surprise. 

"Actually, My Prince, I wasn't, but that's a marvelous idea!"

Only there was a small problem, they later found out. 

They had no idea how to get out of the box.
