"Your Majesty?" Was Jylan's first immediate response, as through a history of working at the palace, he had seen many portraits of the late king.
"Your Majesty? I'm a Prince-" the King said, equally confused. Jylan blinked. That manner of speaking sounded familiar.
"Sebastian?"
"Well, who else would it be?" Sebastian scoffed, crossed his arms and looked away. Then he glazed back at Jylan and tilted his head.
"You look different, Butler."
Jylan blinked, then patted his face.
"As do you, My Prince. You look exactly like the late king right now."
"I look like what?" Sebastian asked, bewildered, and Jylan shrugged.
"I'm just speaking the truth." Jylan said, and Sebastian stood up.
"I- I- This can't be real. Can it?" Sebastian said, standing up and looking around. Jylan, still laying on the ground, closed his eyes.
"Whatever. It's probably not real. I mean, we were in that pipe thing two seconds ago. It would be weird to have moved such a great distance in a matter of seconds."
Sebastian thought this over for a minute, and then slowly sat back down.
"Do you think this is a dream?" Jylan asked, looking around.
Sebastian shook his head.
"It isn't. We've somehow traveled into the past - in a weird form too." He pointed to his face. Jylan ran a hand over the grass blades. Then he looked at Sebastian and smiled.
"Let's make the most of it, then."
Sebastian turned red.
