He knew that was the reason for his kidnap by her men. To get married?
"You must be mistaken " He said rather in a threatening tone. How long would he spell it out that he liked being singled?
All the blind date set by his mother has been destroyed and scattered by him yet she still dared to try his patience!
"Yanyan, he is a sweet boy. I wish you both a happy marriage ." She pats Han Yueyan's hair.
"I wish you and your husband a good marriage!" Rui got up and turned to leave.
"Once you leave, you are no longer a Ling!" His mother threatened him.
"I will willingly be in hell than to be called your son!" He scorned and headed towards the exit when he was blocked by her men.
"If you don't want me to send you to hell that early, you better move!" He shot a glare and under a second they all made a way for him and left.

Meanwhile, In the Office.
"So what have you come up with?" Editor Su asked as she scrolls through the profile off the models chosen and was impressed greatly by ZHANG MEIYIN.
"I have decided mine, I vote Meiyin and Yun Xi. They are the best so far!" Hudson replied.
"I choose Yun Xi and Zhang Xiyu!" Amanda said who was bribed by Yeri.
"How if I may ask?" Su man Li asked with her face a little suspicious. Though using EVA as their spokesperson would be beneficial and profitable to them but in the context, she fit nowhere.
"Using a new rookie as a spokesperson would being loss because she has no experience in the industry yet. But common, EVA is a big name in the model industry and we would benefit more " Amanda spoke in Chinese.
"This event is not about profit or loss. It is about beauty. EVA might be influential in the industry since she has lots of superb awards and worldwide known yet her emotion did not give me the vibe. It is like she died Nine years ago!" Editor Su sighed and stared at Meiyin profile.
She portrayed the behavior and charisma of the real EVA. Ever since last nine years, the vibe they received from EVA dropped drastically and was replaced by an arrogant brat.
"I did not watch her performance but for her to be chosen by the big boss himself means she is a golden material!" She agreed in her mind.
"Well, it had been decided, as for Meiyin, we keep her and for EVA she would be a guest at the show. Meeting dismissed!" Editor Su arched her brows and dialed Gao Jimi.
The phone rang multiple times and was later picked up.
"Yes Ms. Su " Jimi replied and handed over the phone to the big boss.
As usual he was in his office with a cigarette in his hands and paperwork neatly piled on his desks. He swiped the speaker on.
"Miss Su, so we have a deal?"
"Do we have a deal?"
Su Man Lin went silent and many thought ran in her mind. She spoke up after a little while.
"Mr. Ling, she has been selected and will come for the event tomorrow ." She said after a short time of thoughts.
Ling Rui's mood lightened up and he smirked.
"That is good of you, Ms. Su. You know golden materials ." Ling Rui joked and returned the phone back to Gao jimi.
He was joyful and needed to celebrate the rising of his future wife. And the only way of doing that is by making hell for her damn family!
As expected, The Big Boss knew everything about the Zhang's in and out and how they mistreated his little wife.
His heart just boiled in anger thinking of how her life was with those fake assholes!

Next Day. In Ruyue's Mansion.
"Hey wake up sleepy head!" Ruyue drags her off the bed and to the floor.
It was already ten in the morning and if she continued to sleep, she might miss the event!
"Let me sleep!" Meiyin yawns tiredly and rubs her tired eyes. She laid on the bed and jerked immediately.
It just came to her mind that she had an event that could change her life.
"You are wicked! How much time do I have to get to the studio?" Meiyin rushes into the bathroom and takes her shower along side brushing her teeth.
She did everything under ten minutes that she had time to braid her hair. She hopped into Ruyue's car and drove to the studio.
"Ms. Zhang, this way please " The stylist smiled at her and led her into a large room along with Lan Jinwei.

In the room.
Meiyin sat down quickly and tied her hair in a bun. She did not bother to look at her sister who was busy shooting glares at her.
Not that she even minded her.
"Let us be going " Xiyu annoyed with her sister presence got up to leave when she moved closer to Meiyin and whispered in her ears.
"Once a loser, always a loser, remember that, you will never be better than me!"Xiyu sneered and walked out of the room.
Meiyin watched the retreating shadow of Xiyu and chuckled in her mind.
THIS WAS ONLY THE BEGINNING! And yet her sister thought she already had the winning card, So stupid.
The artist applied the powder on the powder pad and brought it close to Meiyin's face to apply it when she was stopped.
"Hold on " She looked at the pad and noticed something wrong with it. She recalled the devilish smile on her sister's dirty face and got it instantly.
"She altered the powder! what a scheming FOX! " Yin balled fist and calmed herself down.
It seems her evil family would not rest until she is dead. They had stolen her career and her life for a whole good nine years and yet they want to continue?
"Quick get a new one!" Meiyin after a while said. They were running out of time and needed to be at the event before it was time.
"I am sorry, We ran out of it yesterday. The last one was used by Miss Xiyu "The make up artist said and Meiyin rubbed her brows.
She fell into Xiyu's plan so easily without thinking. How would she not plan ahead when she knew that her lurking family wants to destroy her at all cost.
If she could not get there on time then Xiyu would be the chosen one. What a great plan.
The doorknob clicked and opened. A man with suit came in with three other men and also equipment.
"Mrs Ling " Gao Jimi greeted her with a bow and a smile. He was happy to finally meet his lady boss after nine years.
"Errrmm...." He changed it when he saw Meiyin's awkward face. " The Big Boss asked me to deliver all you need for the show "
"The Big Boss?"
