"S..swim let's swim."

What? why did she say that when her herself didn't know how to swim.

"Yes, what a good Idea." Demetrius said then stood up.

Melissa watched him as he slowly unbuttoned his shirt and he couldn't help but admire his giant muscles.

Watching him a half naked started to make her body to feel hot and she swallowed hard.

"Are you coming?" He asked but the lady didn't hear because she was busy gawking.

"Are you coming?" He asked again and she looked at him surprised.

"Y,,yes,,she stated then stood up but she didn't remove her gaze from him,,,I actually don't know how to swim." she stated embarrassed she was the one who suggested and now she was saying she didn't know how to.

"Don't worry I will teach you." he stated trying so hard to hold his laughter she was the one who suggested and she didn't know how to.

"Okay." she stated feeling shy what to do next? was she supposed to undress before him?

Demetrius walked towards the flowing water, she quickly removed her clothes and walks towards the water and as if Demetrius sense her presence he turned and he couldn't turn his gaze from her.

She was the most beautiful woman she has ever seen, He walked towards her and held her hand to start the training.

Melissa's pov.

I walked inside the water and I could feel his gaze on my body, I wanted to hide inside the water at the same time I was feeling some kind of strange, his gaze on my body was like a water burning me down, the water that I felt like it was cold a while ago suddenly felt hot, what was happening? my heart in my chest was accelerating like something else it was like horses were jumping on it.

The moment he offered his hand I gladly accepted without thinking twice.

He started teaching me and i could feel like i wasn't born to be a swimmer, no matter how my much i tried i wasn't able to catch anything.

The next moment I was inside the deep water and I couldn't breathe I tried to breath but It was hard, whenever I opened my mouth to shout it was water getting that was getting inside my mouth, I was sinking deep down inside the water.

I felt his hands around my waist and he brought me up on the surface as I gasp for air and coughing.

"Are you okay? he asked worriedly and she nodded,,I think we should put this for another time."

"Yes." she replied as she look down at him her chest pressing hard on his chiseled abs and she pushed him.

"Can you please turn so that I can get dressed." She stated feeling shy and Demetrius could only do as she was asked.

"Okay." He said then turned.

Demetrius turned as she put on her dress, it already passed some moments and she didn't say that she was done and he didn't hear her uttering a word and he started to get worried and slowly he peeked and he could see that she was struggling to zip her zip she couldn't reach her zip.

"Do you need help." He asked knowing fully well what her answer was going to be no.

"No." She said still struggling.

Demetrius walked to her and held her hands she wanted to rejected him but he held her in place, she could only agree to what he wanted to do.

Demetrius zip the dress but the tip of his fingers gaze her skin and he could feel her flinch.

The moment the tip of his touched her bare back she felt electricity shock right straight to her heart and the butterflies came as she slowly turn to look at him, the feeling was the same with the one that happened when her chest was pressing on his abs.

The moment she meet his gaze she couldn't utter a thing is like she was dumbfounded, what was happening what was going on with her body why was she not able to control it, did he bewitched her. Suddenly Demetrius talk and she woke up.

"Did you want to say something?" He asked.

"No..yes..yes...I mean I wanted to say,,,thank you."

"Thank you for what my lady, I will gladly do anything for you and I will not expect thank you, so shall we go home." he asked.

She agreed and they went to the horse not so long they arrived home. Melissa hurriedly walk first but she almost fell and Demetrius caught her and in swift she carried her a princess style.

Melissa was shocked what was he doing he was carrying her, this time people were having dinner they will be looking at them and what will they think that there marriage was working and she didn't want to give them false hope.

"Your highness." she called.

"Hmmm."

"You know I can walk, I didn't brake my leg." she talked and it came out as a whisper.

"I know that my lady, I just feel like carrying my wife to our chamber." She said.

People were really having dinner and they could hear them murmur but Demetrius didn't care, Melissa just buried her head on Demetrius as he walk majestically towards the stairs.

The queen and prince Charles they didn't look so pleased they didn't like what was happening before their eyes, as for Helena she just smiled at last her brother got someone he could care for, King Otis didn't have any emotion you couldn't tell weather she was excited or sad.

Once they arrived in their chamber Demetrius didn't put her down he took her to the bathroom direct and put her down, He filled the tab with warm water.

After, he walked to her "My lady I am going to remove your clothes you need a bath and change this clothes."

what! undress me? Before she knew it he already started removing her dress, first he unzip her dress and his hands graze on her shoulder removing her dress from up he was doing it dumb slowly, the feeling it gave was amazing that she ended up closing her eyes it felt so nice, and once again their was butterflies in her stomach.

What was he doing to her? why was she not able to stop him, she felt cold breeze brushed through her skin and that is when she realized that she was with her undergarment and he saw him bending down as if he wanted to remove her undergarment and she shouted.

"Stop, stop,,, Demetrius looked up and their eyes met, I,,I,,can do it myself." she added looking at her Demetrius stood up towering over her.

"Okay, I will be outside, call me if you need anything." he told with a caress on her cheek.

Outside he leaned on the door and remove a long sigh with his eyes closed.

"I don't know how long I can do this." He was burning with desire for her he knew she was not feeling the same, but he will work on that he will make sure she also burn for him just like he was burning for her.

After a short while he heard a knock on the door.

"Come in." He announced and the person who was knocking came, it was Helena followed by servants who brought food.

"Arrange them there." She said pointing at the table.

After they finished to arrange they left and Helena stayed back.

"How are you brother?"

"I am good." He stated still standing by the door.

"Meli is taking a bath?" She asked approaching him.

"Yes Lena." he answered.

"Where did you find her?"

" Far away from the kingdom."

"Where."

Demetrius told her all that occurred and she listened carefully. She was also shocked when she found out about the men who were about to assault her and that he chopped part of their bodies off.

Of course she knew his brother wasn't someone you could joke around him.

"Is a good thing that you taught those morons a lesson,,,She stated and Demetrius looked at her,,,I mean how dare they mess with our next queen, imagine what could have happened if you didn't show up on the right time.

"No I don't want to imagine." Imagining those fools on his wife's body just made his blood boil.

"Deme did she told you what she went to do there?"

"She went for a stroll."

Back inside after Demetrius left she quickly removed her undergarments and got inside the tub as she closed her eyes and her mind drifted to what happened both while he was teaching her how to swim and also when he was removing her gown.

How her body normally responds to his touches, how was he managing to do that to her? and sometimes she feels like she yarns for more, starting from the moment he saved her as he hug him, in the water, and then just a moment ago.

She needed to stay away from him, but why why would she do that could it be that I already fall for him? No that can't be she still loves Lukas.

She walked out fresh and clean, she found Helena and his brother having a chitchat.

"Hi Melissa."

"Hello Helena."

Helena and Melissa got on chatting and Demetrius went to the bathroom. Not so long he was done.

"Okay I will leave you you two to have dinner see you tomorrow Melissa, see you tomorrow Brother." She said then left.

They sat on the table and this time Demetrius didn't sit far away from her like he normally do, he sat next to her.

Melissa was about to serve but Demetrius stopped her telling her that he will serve her all this time Meli didn't look at him.

Demetrius served her and put infront of her a giant steak with some salad and he watched how she enjoying her food.

"Melissa,,he called stopping her from enjoying her meal,,,there is something hear,, he stated touching the corner of his lips Melissa tried to reach it but she couldn't and forces Demetrius to help her.

He stood just next to her and stare at her as Melissa just curses inwardly, she was afraid that she will get lost on his breathtaking face.

Demetrius held her chin and made her look up, as soon as they eyes met he forgot even what brought him to her.

All he could see was her distracting lips that were infront of him and leaned down closing the gap between them but before he could reach them he was stopped.

"What are you doing?" She asked.

Demetrius didn't answer he just Leaned and kissed the food away that stuck on her, Melissa was shocked by what he did. This man wil never stop to amaze her she could still feel the ticklish of his lips on her cheek.

"Removing this." he could see in her eyes that she wasn't pleased. They continue to eat silently.

After dinner the servants cleaned the room and they retired to bed, Demetrius was the one who climbed first as she stared through the windows.

"It seems like staring through the window was kind of her thing." He thought glancing at her from the bed and not long she closed the window and walked towards the bed when Demetrius saw her coming he closed his eyes and pretended as he has fallen asleep.

she didn't know what to do, a lot has happened between them, starting from the moment she hugged him when he came to rescue her, on the lake how her heart kept pounding hard inside her chest, inside the bathroom how he made her weak she liked everything he was doing to her.

She looked at him tenderly and before she realized it she was checking if he had already fallen asleep by waving her hands infront of his eyes.

She stared at him almost what seemed like an hour, wondering, how did she end up with gorgeous guy like this, how did her parents manage to fix her marriage with this kingdom as far as she knows this was the biggest kingdom out of the four.
