Arguing and going out

Apart from Lestat, the rest of Alice's time is spent on her studies. The botanical illustrations she could gather now were either too long in the tooth to keep up to date or too sketchy and incomplete, and after much consideration she decided to write a new one herself.

It was a complex and huge task, but she thought about how long she had ahead of her and thought it would be quite nice to have something so interesting and meaningful to fill her life.

In order to do this efficiently, she secretly asked the young man in the castle to bring herself a small laptop to record and organise the illustrations through the computer.

All vampires who had gone through the basic education trials were given the right to go out, which was exactly what Alice needed.

The botanical illustrations she produced were not just textual, she needed pictures to compare and she was even ambitious enough to create a herbarium.
