Show Them Who’s Boss
"Are you ready to teach some young fools who's boss, Sunshine?" Damien whispered to his mate.
Safira squeeze his hand tightly as she replied, "As ready as I'll ever be, my Starlight."
Together, they said in unison, "Do you dare to accept our challenge?"
Some of the wolves in attendance flinched, others felt shivers down their spines. Still, some Alphas were foolish enough to step forward. In total, four came forward.
"They're supporters of Alpha Markus and his allies," Seth whispered to Damien and Safira, "Be careful."
Safira guessed that much.
"Sheep of the same wool flock together," she sighed.
"We accept your challenge!" One of the four Alphas replied with vigor, stepping forward from the crowd.
All the guests of the Alpha appointment cleared the way. Everyone surrounded the fighting grounds, excited to see what would happen next. Diana watched on anxiously from the sidelines. She knew about the injuries her brother had suffered.
