The cold looking Priest knows the mate in question is Barry and I do not know what exactly he is gonna talk to him about.

I walked out of the temple with Pete by my side. I could feel Barry's eyes hot at my back till I left the temple.

The ground had low temperature, making my feet cold so was the air around. It blew over my face and I was secretly thankful I had worn baggy clothes to sleep earlier or I would be freezing as I walked back to nana's packhouse in some knee length tiny strap nightie

Pete glanced at my feet and smiled. "Would you like me to carry you on my back?" He asked kindly.

I smiled back at him and shook my head. Something tells me Barry would not want Pete to carry me on his back, he would like to do that himself.

At this point, anyone who says my life revolves around Barry is so right. Fuck me for allowing that.
