Laila's POV

The morning went swiftly, I woke up to my ringing alarm, it was Monday today, so I could have enough time for sorting out some new designs as we don't have any new customers today. Strange though, we do have lots of customers but not today, well everyday is not good luck. I jogged to the gym, I felt like I'm being watched, I turned to the empty streets I shrugged it off and continued my routine. After my gym service, I went back home to start up the day.

My friends already left for work, so I made myself some noodles and wore my coffee brown trouser suit. I was vibrant today and I know that something good must be up today, I boarded a taxi and headed for work, I paid the taxi driver and Charlotte came running to me

"Charlie, what's up?" I asked and she squeaked like a child

"We have a very influential business man here, he can change our world." She grimaced

"Who is it?" I asked

"No no no no, it's a surprise okay? A big surprise." She said pulling me with her, I could feel Sapphire's excited and as the door opened

*boom* that scent that mesmerized my mind, all my world stopped

*MATE* Sapphire yelled and I bit my mouth from saying it loud, I don't know what to do or think, was this my dream? I should wake up. I turned to charlie breathing hard

"Pinch me Charlie." She pinched me and I felt it an yelped

"Not that hard" I grunted. This wasn't a dream, it is real, he is really here

"Charlie, I want to leave." I shrugged her hands from me and she furrowed her brow and my attitude

"I won't let you leave, not again, I promise." I heard his fruity voice from behind me and I halted, my eyes flickered and I couldn't take it anymore as blood seeped through my lips *MATE* I growled as Charlie and Mrs Helms and some other people gasped, I was embarrassed and clenched my hands into a fist.

I felt his hot breath on my shoulders....

Amos POV

Seeing her again rekindled something in me, she's more beautiful than I know now and she's got more bulky hips and bobs, she looks great and amazing and her ass were firm

"Fuck you Clark!" I yelled and him and he groaned, we missed her, yeah, badly she wanted to leave us

I won't let you leave, not again, I promise." I said immediately and my heart warmed hearing her wolf

*MATE* Sapphire growled, I knew everyone was surprised, I think almost everyone here were human but I was surprised not all of them were human, they were bidding their scents, disguising to be human. I moved closer to her and saw her clench her fist as blood seeped through it, I knew she hated me but not to the point of hurting herself

"Don't you dare touch me... She said as she plodded away. I ordered Nick to ensure we are not being followed.

I followed her scent and found her by the river side, she hugged herself sobbing, this was a part of her I never get to witness, I thought she was strong and brave and all... Just to know she's a crybaby and I hurt her. I did hurt her.

"I didn't hate you Laila, you know, I swear with my life never to love anyone since I became Alpha, and it was due to what my father passed through, his mate betrayed him and had him killed. I hated women, believe me, I prayed to the moon goddess not to give me a Mate," I said and I could feel her heartbeat relaxed, I turned and saw her drawing something on the floor. "When I saw you, I thought you'd treat me like my mum, I was afraid to fall for you, because you affect me in every way possible. I decided to push you away, I said I hate you, but Laila, sincerely that's not true.... When you left, I discovered..... The opposite." I looked up at her and our eyes met, a tingling sensation crept round my whole body, I felt hot and I know she felt it too. Her breathing became rapid, she stood up with anger in her and I pondered why she was this angry?

"I Laila Sapphire Haley rejec...." She started saying as I rushed to her and crushed my lips on hers to stop her from saying the most horrible thing I've ever heard. The kiss brought more burning sensation to us, we're on Rut, it's hard right, hard to push it away.... I wanted more of her but she pushed me away.

"Leave me alone!" She growled loudly, shaking the environment. There was a dignifying power in her voice. "I don't want to see you again!" She growled and ran away. I was frustrated, I can't get her back, how am I to cope? I need to plead with her, I need to do that.I have to please her and it's only Angel, her best friend that could tell me how to please her. I need to get her back.

"I think she's really mad at you, she even said she was running away from her husband, are you nth married?" Her boss stated

"She's Mine, she shouldn't work here! She belongs to me." I declared and she shuddered and bowed

"She won't work here again, I swear." The woman promised and I nodded. I turned to Nick

"Back home, I must get my Queen back." I said and walked to my convertible car.

Laila's POV

I was so mad at him for making me love him, I love him but I want to end the love.I ran home on my feet, I can't risk Sapphire being seen. I entered home and walked to the kitchen, I drank a jug full of water, I was so thirsty and I need to stop this feeling now, I feel hot, that feeling is back. Jeez, I need to stop this. I rushed to my bathroom and turned on the shower. I slid a finger down there and I could feel my pool of juice, I continued slipping my finger in and out, then I introduced another finger and moaned softly, I stifle my moans by biting my lips. I cumed right there, gosh, what am I turning into, what is this guy doing to me.

I walked out of a bathroom and wore a bum short with a hanging top. I feel on my bed and slept off. I saw myself riding Chris and it was fucking hot as hell sucked and fondled my nipples gaining a moan from me. I moaned his name, someone tapped me and I woke up.

"Who's this Chris that you never stop moaning his name huh?" Cherie asked

"My gosh!" I heard Maria exclaimed as she showed me her phone.

"Christamos Greyold! The top ruling and trending Billionaire is your husband? Huh Laila!" Maria screamed at me earning a gasp from Cherie who shifted from me.

"Wh..what Laila?" Cherie sounded shocked and covered her lips with her palms and I shook my head as tears poured down my cheeks

"I'm sorry, he hurt me,I didn't know how to react to it, I can't just start telling you guys, it will only hurt me more." I said amidst tears and Maria hugged me gently.

"It's okay, he's bound to hurt you, he's popular. I'm sorry I didn't think about that." Cherie said hugging me as I sobbed, I was really hurt

"It's okay.. We got you okay?" Maria patted my shoulders

"I don't want to go back to him please..." I pleaded with Maria who gave me an assuring smile

"The beach tomorrow will brighten your mood okay?" She assured me and I nodded....
