Gastone went back to his house beside the restaurant. He was sweating furiously even though the cold air hit his skin.
"Oh, goddess!" Gastone exclaimed, wiping his sweat while trying to relax his heartbeat.
It took Gastone a lot of strength to drive back safely, even though he was experiencing the pain and shock from the broken bond.
"Ugh," Gastone groaned, clenching his chest as the sound of his heartbeat was loud enough to be heard.
Gastone stumbled through the front door of his house, his breath ragged, his body trembling. As he entered, he collapsed into the nearest chair, gripping the edge of the table to steady himself as another wave of agony coursed through him.
"This is f^cking horrible," Gastone gritted his teeth as he tried to focus, to center his thoughts, but all he could feel was the sharp, stabbing pain in his chest and the hollow emptiness that seemed to spread from the core of his being.
