Chaos in the Universe Part 1

As the Guardians of the Galaxy began their journey to deal with Ego.

In the universe there had been a great event caused by the latter, which amazed and terrified the different forces of the universe.

Hours Before the Arrival of the Guardians of the Galaxy on the Planet Contraxia

On the Other Side of the Universe

Ego was currently running away at high speed while being chased by Galactus and his other three heralds.

These were Terrax, Morg, and the Air-Walker.

The strength of those three heralds should not be underestimated.

"Hahaha Ego, you have always managed to escape our tracking, but now that you have our partner, you won't be able to escape easily" letting out a laugh, Air-Walker entered the living planet accompanied by Morg and Terrax.

The heralds' speed was faster than that of Galactus and Ego, so it was no surprise that they caught up with the latter.

Ego's face was expressionless, as long as Galactus didn't reach him, he still had a way to escape from those heralds.

What's more, even when those three heralds entered the planet, Ego was doing his best to kill the fire herald he had captured.

Who was emaciated and about to be killed.

"Do you think that because Galactus supports you I will be afraid of you? Then you are really wrong" Ego said coldly.

A sky-blue energy comes out of Ego's human body and connects with the planet. The ground around Ego trembles and begins to deform, forming a total of four stone giants nearly 50 meters tall.

Not only that, Ego also creates a large number of earth serpents that exceed the size of stone giants.

It is a terrifying army, but even facing this army, the three heralds do not flinch.

"Morg, you will look for Pyreus while Terrax and I will take care of Ego. This is a chance to feed our master well, we can't let him get away" Air-Walker ordered calmly.

Morg nodded and moved at high speed, releasing a large amount of Cosmic Power. Pyreus was inside the planet and for Morg to get to him, he had to break through.

Air-Walker and Terrax charged at Ego's army.

The four stone giants were the first to collide with the herald duo.

The giants attacked using their fists but as soon as they came into contact with the bodies of the heralds, they were destroyed by the Cosmic Power of these two.

As soon as that attack failed, Ego controlled the giant snakes to attack the heralds, trying to enclose them.

Air-Walker scoffed, but his and Terrax's faces changed as the giant snakes spread their great jaws and shot a powerful beam of sky-blue energy from within them.

Because there were a lot of giant snakes that attacked in the same way, the two heralds couldn't avoid it and were hit by it and crashed into the planet's surface, creating a large crater.

Once the attack stopped, the two dazed heralds wanted to leave the crater to avoid the giant snakes' second energy beam, but the giants, who had restored their arms, savagely beat them with their fists that were surrounded by sky-blue energy, looking like they were wearing boxing gloves.

The two heralds could not react and could only be hit.

Their situation was miserable.

If Alex were present, he would be surprised at the power shown by Ego, after all, in the movies he was killed in a very pathetic way.

Ego looked coldly at the situation of the two heralds and «looked» at the intruder who came in to rescue his partner.

Even when he did all that, he didn't stop moving, preventing Galactus from reaching him.

Undeterred, Morg destroyed the surface of the planet and with his body entered the interior.

The interior of the living planet was hollow so Morg after entering a few meters, came to an open space.

In that open space Morg found several tunnels.

Without getting entangled, he entered a tunnel where he felt the energy of Pyreus, the more he advanced, the stronger he felt the presence of the herald of fire.

When he reached the end of the tunnel, Morg could see his partner being brutally crushed by a large amount of energy in the form of a large hand.

Morg releases a large amount of Cosmic Power and destroys that energy. In doing so, he approaches his partner to help him.

"...Finally you guys arrived... I was already running out... of energy" Pyreus said letting out a sigh of relief, his body was too exhausted and he could barely speak

"We have to get out of here, it will be too dangerous to stay here" Morg said helping his partner.

But at that moment, Morg's face changes and his eyes widen in shock as, unable to react, a spear made of sky-blue energy shoots out of the tunnel floor and pierces his and Pyreus' chests.

The energy that forms the spear is extremely powerful and quickly tries to corrode the bodies of the two heralds.

Ego wants to give them a very painful death.

"Ugh... that bastard... tricked us" Morg muttered, trying to resist the pain.

Yes, Morg's earlier attack saving Pyreus was deliberate. From the beginning Ego allowed it, so he made them lower their guard and be able to give them a fatal attack.

Pyreus had long since fallen unconscious and it was unknown if he was alive or just breathing his last.

Seeing the state of his partner, Morg realized that the situation was bad and he had to get out of there.

Using his Power Cosmic, he expelled Ego's corrosive energy from his body and from Pyreus.

But while he was doing that, Ego kept attacking him using the same energy spears.

Morg had no choice but to pick up Pyreus and evade the attacks.

While Ego was suppressing the heralds, something caught his attention and he looked into outer space. Seconds later, a sinister smile formed on his face.
