New Genosha

Royal Palace

Alex was awaiting the arrival of these «intruders» who were currently heading towards Genosha.

His face showed a thoughtful expression about the current situation.

He knew the reason for their visit, they were escaping from New York due to the appearance of some creatures from another universe that was infected with a strange virus.

Alex had a strange look on his face upon hearing about these creatures from Alexa.

Only two words appeared in his mind.

Marvel Zombies.

But Alex wasn't worried and didn't even show interest.

What currently kept him sane and interested him were his children and those closest to him.

While Alex was deep in thought, he hears footsteps approaching him.

Looking up, he sees a beautiful woman wearing armor and a blue cape.

She is Jane Foster, the new Valkyrie.

She looks at Alex with a small smile and says:

"Hi Alex, long time no see"

"Hey, it's only been two years since you left, for us that's not a long time" Alex replied with a small smile.

"You're right, but it's really hard to get used to having immortality" Jane said with a sigh.

"So you came from Asgard because of what is happening on Earth?" he asked as he raised an eyebrow.

"Yes, All-Father considers these creatures to be a universal extinction-level threat" Jane said seriously as she looked at Alex.

"That old man sent you to see if I would do anything, right?" Alex asked.

"Yeah" Jane answered calmly.

"Well, I owe him, especially for what Thor did for my family" Alex commented.

Hearing his words, Jane lets out a sad sigh.

"Do you hate me, Jane, because of what happened to Thor?" Alex asked calmly but Jane felt the sadness behind those words.

Shaking her head, she answers:

"No, he was that kind of person. He considered you a great friend, almost a brother and even though my relationship with him ended, I can't deny the fact that his death saddened me"

"I see" was the only thing Alex could say.

"Where is everyone, have they gone for a walk?" Jane asked trying to change the subject.

"About the brats, they always do what they want and they already forgot that they have a father"

"Jim and Ariel are helping the Time-Keepers, Alejandro and Sasha are restoring barren planets in different universes and Elliot, that kid is currently in Xandar stopping a rebellion" Alex said to her with a sigh but Jane saw a small smile on his face.

"I see, and where are the others?" Jane asked.

"They are in the Crystal Room" Alex answered calmly.

Jane Foster falls silent, she knows what the Crystal Room is.

Alex's wives rest in that place.

After having their children, each one of them gained immortality and were very difficult to kill, but during the fall of Genosha, they exceeded the use of their powers, which led them to remain in a permanent comatose state.

And that place can be considered a sacred place, where only Alex's friends and family can enter.

She still remembers when that idiot Nathaniel Essex wanted to take Jean's body.

Alex destroyed him without giving him time to ask for mercy.

Just when they were talking, a person appears next to Alex.

She is a woman between 20 and 25 years old, white hair, slender body, blue eyes and very beautiful.

This woman is Est.

Next to her, a portal opens from which three other women emerge.

One of them is between 25 and 30 years old, has brown skin, very beautiful and wears a technological suit.

She is Riri Williams.

The second is a wild looking woman who only makes her beauty stand out more and has a serious look on her face.

She is Laura Kinney.

The last woman is between 20 and 25 years old, with blonde hair and a curvaceous figure.

This young woman is Illyana Rasputina.

"Jane, long time no see" Riri calmly greeted Jane with a small smile on her face.

Jane nods at her greeting.

"Alex, there are people who have entered Genosha, do you want me to take care of them?" Est asked indifferently.

"Don't worry about them, as long as they don't get close to the Crystal Room, there's no problem with them being here" Alex answered calmly.

Est just nods her head.

Jane Foster puts a wry smile on her face upon hearing Est's words.

"What are the others doing?" Alex asked.

"My little siblings decided to stay in the Crystal Room since they don't want to have anything to do with the things that are happening on Earth" Illyana said to him as she looked at him with a soft smile.

Alex sighs sadly at Illyana's words.

He can't blame them much less scold them for their attitude.

He had raised them well and had to work hard to remove the trauma of seeing their mothers almost die in front of them.

Now that they are teenagers, he allowed them to travel and do whatever they wanted, he did this for them to gain experience.

After all, he had spoiled them a lot and he knew that if their wives were around, they would have beaten him up for it.

"A group of invaders is heading this way, father" Est said to Alex.

Alex nods but has mixed feelings. He had trusted the heroes of Earth to protect his family, but only a few of them managed to do so.

He did not blame them, but took care of the guilty ones.

In that, the air around the place starts to fluctuate and a person enters the Palace.

Alex and those present in the room look at this person.

"It's a surprise that you are the fastest to get here, it seems that your country has really found itself in trouble, right Doom?" Alex said with a bit of surprise in his tone.

"That's normal, those things that appeared in New York have also appeared in my country and caused problems, but I locked them in another dimension" Doctor Doom said.

"I see, but wait a bit since we have more visitors" Alex said.

Doctor Doom is silent and seconds later, footsteps are heard heading their way.

<Looks like I'll be able to see them again> Alex thought as he saw the silhouette of people familiar to him.
