CHAPTER 139
Monster and Cleo were waiting with the guards and the others from the pack when Casey and Roxanne climbed down from behind the waterfall. As Roxanne turned around, the faces of those who had tortured her were silently pleading with her to not say anything. Her father called her name and asked if she could tell him who it was that tormented her. Roxanne told him that she did not see the people who tormented her even though she had told Casey who it was and why she would not name them. He promised her to not do anything to them until they got ready to leave. They were going to tell each one of them that they are known but keeping it quiet to keep the trouble down. Roxanna walked with her parents and Casey back to the packhouse to speak with Lord Dominic and Casey’s parents.
