Stone giant
The faces of both girls instantly paled. The sight of a giant more than eight meters tall running in their direction was not pleasant at all.
Kayla gritted her teeth and yelled at the star-eyed girl.
"Hey, I know we start on the left foot, but we have to work as a team to at least escape or defeat that rocky bastard. So... what is your name?! I'm Kayla!"
The heavy footsteps of the stone giant generated earth-shattering noises making it almost impossible for both girls to talk to each other despite being screaming.
But somehow, Kayla's screams seemed to reach the star-eyed girl. She looked at Kayla with her unique eyes and nodded. Her lips parted as she spoke her name.
"My name is Altarf!"
Altarf screamed, her voice reaching Kayla despite the stone giant's heavy footsteps.
A smile appeared on Kayla's face and she didn't continue with the talk. They had already wasted too much time. The stone giant was already close to them.
