Empty wasteland
"I guess you already have a plan, seeing the smile on your face."
Kayla looked at Dirk curiously. She knew he had been thinking of a plan for a while. And apparently, it was time for it to come to light.
Dirk, who had been smiling, replied:
"Obviously, but first I have to show you something so you understand it. As I had told you, I had followed a series of clues left by the academy to obtain information about what this test would be about. But that wasn't the only thing I got."
Dirk pulled out a black metal cube with a blue crystal embedded in one side. He touched some buttons on the metal cube and threw it on the floor.
Seconds later, a projection emerged from the glass of the metal cube on the floor.
Kayla and Altarf looked in amazement at the... The map that had formed in front of them.
"Y-you! Don't tell me you got a map of this dungeon?!"
