Vacation...

It was a long night….

When Myra was shocked hearing her daughter's past and present, it was a tough night for her…

Aaron and Ava lost in their loneliness.

Whereas the whole internet and media were shocked seeing the picture of Arthur and Maria on the Marcello group's official page…

Maria was sleeping not knowing about it, she woke up and saw Arthur was not present, she sighed and sat up looking at the mess and remembering last night……

It was scary but also very beautiful for her as her man stood beside her, she sat there thinking and suddenly her phone rang and she looked at it and saw Mishka's call on it…

Seeing it her heartbeat started to rise thinking did Mishka know about it?

After thinking a lot Maria nervously picked up the call and was silent……

A voice came from the other side which was loud and in excitement 'Maria congrats'

Hearing it she was stunned…

Maria slowly asked ' For what?'

Mishka said ' On your wedding, the whole internet and media is going crazy over your picture, you both look hot'

Maria was confused and she said ' what are you talking about?'

Mishka said ' you don't know?'

Maria said no

Mishka said ' check the company's official page'

Maria immediately opened it and saw the picture of her in his arms and the title queen…

She couldn't believe he did that…

Maria was lost in it and Mishka was saying hello hello…

Hearing her cries Maria came back to the world and she said 'Hello'

Mishka said ' Congrats Mrs. Marcello'

Maria still couldn't digest it. She still said thanks and the call ended….

Maria sat there looking at the picture and slowly a small smile appeared on her face, she knew she was the luckiest…

She then thought about Olivia, she wasn't sad or mad about her behavior. It was a natural response one has when they feel betrayed but she wanted to make up with her…

She thought and then she got up and she was taken back by the pain between her legs…

She slowly walked towards the bathroom and after a hot bat, she got ready and slowly walked out of the room…

She went down and asked the servant where Olivia was and she said she was in her room…

Maria went to the kitchen and made her breakfast and she took it towards her room and she stood in front of the door and she took a deep breath in and knocked on the door…

The voice came 'come in'

Maria slowly opened the door and went in and saw Olivia sitting. She didn't look fresh and was reading something…

She didn't notice Maria  Maria came and placed the breakfast on the table and hearing the noise Olivia looked up and seeing it was Maria she was shocked…

Maria said ' Good morning '

Olivia didn't know what to say, she once again believed in Rachel's words and said those brutal things to her and she was embarrassed about it….

Maria looked through her and sat down beside her and took her hand holding it she said ' You don't have to be embarrassed about anything, you are Arthur's mother and even mine, I have never betrayed Arthur and will never ever betray him  I love Him, I just want the 3 of us to live together happily, now come let's have breakfast together ' saying Maria started serving

Olivia, hearing it was shocked, she thought having Arthur's support and becoming his wife she would react fiercely, and even her son would turn against her but what happened is completely out of her scope….

She looked at Maria who was serving the food, her eyes suddenly were filled with love and tears, she pulled Maria for a hug…

Maria was first shocked but she hugged her back….

Then after some time broke the hug and Maria wiped her tears and they both had their breakfast….

Outside the room Arthur was standing looking through the space, he smiled seeing both of them happy…

Arthur turned and went to his room and after some time the door opened and Maria came in and heard the shower on…

She knew it was Arthur but when did he cme?, she then immediately went down and made a special breakfast of all of his favorites.

Arthur took the shower and came out and saw Maria was placing the breakfast and hearing him come she turned and looked at him she smiled at him and said ' Come have breakfast'

Arthur in normal circumstances he would have been very happy being treated so well by her but he was still a bit angry at her, he said ' I ain't hungry' saying he went and sat on the sofa working on his laptop…

Maria sighed hearing his cold tone. He was angry, she thought, so she took the breakfast and placed it on the table in front of the sofa and sat beside him.

She looked at him but he ignored her and Maria suddenly placed her hands on his right hand…

Arthur looked at her and said ' Didn't I say that I'm not hungry?'

Maria wasn't discouraged hearing that she nodded and said ' I know you are a bit disappointed with me but please believe me, I promise I won't ever hide anything from you, I Love You and I know you love me a lot more and have sacrificed more, so don't be angry please'

Arthur didn't say anything just kept looking at the screen, Maria sighed and said ' You are mad at me not on the food, I will leave if u want just have your food' saying she got up and turned to leave…

Arthur said ' Where are you going?'

Maria said ' I will just go out so that you won't be angry and not have food'

Arthur looked up at her who was already looking at him and said ' You gave up so easily?'

Maria shook her head and said ' You ain't listening to me and me being here will increase your anger which I don't want'

Arthur looked at her teary eyes and said ' I didn't say any of that ' saying he once again looked at his screen.

Maria was stunned. Does he mean she shouldn't leave? Thinking she sat back down and seeing him not say she confirmed it…

She thought ' This man is so confusing he can give tough competition to women in mood swings' 

Then she looked at the breakfast and slowly picked up the plate and took the spoon to his mouth to give it a try and to her surprise, Arthur opened his mouth and took the bite…

Maria was startled for a sec but then she refilled and she fed him….

After the food was over Maria was cleaning up, Arthur looked at her and a smile appeared on his face, he suddenly held her hand and pulled her towards him making her fall on his chest…

Arthur kisses her forehead and hugs her, Maria is again shocked, what is happening with this man, he was angry then okay now romantic?

They both lay like that And Arthur says ' What should be the theme of our reception?'

Hearing it Maria was stunned she looked upwards saw him and blinked her eyes in confusion…

Arthur Chuckles and says ' I couldn't give you a wedding but the reception will be grand don't worry'

Maria shakes Her head and says ' I don't want any reception I just want you'

Arthur replies ' but don't girls like that? It's their dream'

Maria nods and says ' Yes dream Of girls but Not Mine, I have got what I never ever had even dreamt about'

Arthur looks down at her and was about to say but Maria says ' Everyone has already known that I am your wife, there's no need for a grand party'

Arthur just hums….

2 days pass by….

In Long's group….

In the conference hall, everyone was shouting and worried…

In the head position, it was Aaron seated, and all around were the stockholders….

Everyone heard about the death of Francis and the stock was falling like hell and everyone was worried about the leadership and many were trying to take over….

After a long board meeting, it was decided that after a month there would be a voting done to choose the new chairman of the company and it's a chance for Aaron to prove himself…

In Louis mansion…

Ava was in her room, she didn't leave the house after that night everything she did was from home…

She heard about the death of Francis and the commotion of the stockholders. She wanted to help in every possible way but thinking of that night the way he was, she just shook her head and sat down….

The news of the fight for Long's seat was spread all over and many were keeping their hawk eyes waiting for the correct moment so that they could wash their hands in the tide…

The same was with Chris, he was sitting laughing hearing it, he said ' He was being very cocky na, now I will show him' he then looked at his guys and said ' buy his shares and have a significant amount I already have a good amount and try getting everyone on voting against him  he shouldn't be elected as chairman,  the ongoing projects of Longs group create problems he should sink in it'

All the guys nodded, everyone was from wealthy families with some influence…

Aaron was sitting on his desk with so many difficulties ahead he didn't know that it was going to be a lot more difficult….

The day passed,

In the morning, Arthur and Maria were sitting at the table waiting for Olivia to have breakfast….

Olivia finally arrived with an envelope in her hands…

Arthur asked ' what happened? Everything alright?'

Olivia nodded and gave the envelope to Maria and said ' Open it'

Maria opened the envelope and it had tickets to Maldives Maria looked at her in confusion…

Olivia said ' you two have gone through a lot go on vacation enjoy'

Maria looked at her and said 'But if it's a vacation let's go together'

Olivia laughed and said ' I have no work between a couple plus you are married so not a vacation but a honeymoon and when you return I should hear the news' saying she winked at her

Maria blushed hearing it and she bowed…

Olivia once again laughed seeing her being blush, Arthur nodded to her and after breakfast, Arthur and Maria went back to the room..

As they were in the room, Maria said ' Should we leave her alone?'

Arthur turned towards her and asked in an angry tone ' You don't wanna go?'

Hearing it Maria said ' No of course i wanna go I was ju'

Before she completes Arthur says ' or you don't wanna go with me?' Saying he walked towards her

Maria shook her head in filled with guilt of why she started this topic, Arthur stood in front of her and repeated what he said and maria looked at him and said ' Of course I wanna go with you and only with you' and as soon as she says It, Arthur bends down and seals her lips….
