Chapter 9: The insignia

Rye already decided to let AKie work in the Secret Defense Force the moment she graduated in the Academy, that way he can feel at ease at her safety.

She's also a good contribution to the company since she got the skills so Rye feel relieved when he introduced her to his workplace, she will be working part time as her assistant for the meantime although Rye never need one before but he want her to be close to him as possible.

Rye gave AKie her Code to the company and she will be named A-27 and currently she's meditating in the Secret Defense Training Room since she have the access, she will be trained here while Rye is busy in his work.

"This is the first time a young master of the company needed an assistant, I wonder what's the sudden change leader Rye?."Max Roe said he's one of Rye trusted companions.

"Even if it just a temporary job, She will be safe here."Rye replied to him while he was typing in his supercomputer.

"Interesting.. I'm sure she's more than as a mere apprentice of yours."max giggle, he will be more happy for him if he was really in love with her.

"How does the council think?."he asked to changed the subject.

"all of them question her identity they want to know her connection to the black winged rebellion, but your father want to monitor her to see if she could be trusted."he said

"Then let him be." Rye said he's confident about AKie innocence regarding the group.

"But what could those jerks want from her?."max blurted.

A few months passed AKie still stayed at the Secret Defense facility.

AKie wonder what does an assistant usually do, when all she did all day is battling the dummy cyber troops and meditate. sometimes Ziv was allowed to trained with her but his time is limited in the Training room, he was jealous at her for being trained by the experts and so on so forth he complained at her a lot.

A few days before the Tech Battle Competition.

AKie needed to go to the academy to get few things as a preparation to the Competition and she missed her Classmates too, it's been two months since she busy herself from the training.

As one of the representative of the school she was excused in her class to trained.

When she arrived at the academy five Cyber Troops accompany her, knowing she attracts attention she wear a mask and plan to wear in the future more often.

Some students recognize her but too scared to approach her, and she's a bit relieved this means she doesn't need to hide away from them.

Still few of her loyal classmates can't stop cheering her and Ziv Moi although they were really annoying but she was happy for them too.

The D sect look at the Tandem with pride.

Kiffer the school class president saw AKie in the room where all the school representative gather to listen to his small speech.

"Everyone thank you for your time to be here, as the competition approaching I'm sure all of you trained hard to prepare such exiting event, if you have any questions about the Rules and Regulations during the fight please don't hesitate to asked me. let's all do our best to win and bring honor to our Alma matter and to our loving Phen country."he paused for a moment."Before I end my speech I would like to notify both AKie Rain and Ziv Moi will be moved to the A sect from now on, as the principal and high ranked council decided they are now considered an elite fighters of the school, that's all thank you."

The students from the D sect was silent as they heard the school class president.

They don't know if they are happy or sad for the pair.

AKie came home with a stressed mind, being moved in A sect would be a dream come true to most students, but she will missed all her hilarious classmates and teachers in the end.

Ziv however doesn't seemed to be bother by it.

she was in deep thought in her dark room when she noticed the illuminating light in the Insignia badge on her drawer, she almost forgot about this thing when she grabbed it,

A flash of green light Lazer appear on her face as if examining her appearance and it crack open and she saw a beautiful blue sapphire ring with writings inside the badge.

'A precious stone from our late mother, your brother won't do harm on you but wanted to warn you from our real enemies, don't ever Iet them know your a pure blooded beast shifter so keep yourself hidden but I would be more happy if you come to see me personally.
