Though she had boldly assured the civilians she protected, Miss Seraphina soon found herself in a dire predicament.
She was lost.
"Hiss…"
The tall girl, hands tucked into her jacket pockets, inhaled sharply as she surveyed the dark, labyrinthine streets.
"I forgot to ask them which way to the old lair of that guy… What should I do now?"
Asking for directions outright was something Seraphina often did, but after one incident where her intent was discovered, causing the target to flee on the spot… she seldom inquired directly when it involved dangerous targets.
Gazing at the intricate maze of the lower town, she scratched her head and sighed, "Well, let's give it a try. It's better than having no clue at all."
The invisible wind, representing the world's breath, flowed in all directions, guiding Seraphina towards the correct path.
It was well known that the current Head of Wind was somewhat... unique.
