Episode 5
Arthur's POV
The arena becomes a dance floor of sorts, each of us weaving and bobbing, searching for an opening. Eyes lock onto eyes, searching for a glimmer of weakness. The air is heavy with anticipation, the crowd holding it's collective breath. I feign a move to the left, testing my opponent's reflexes. One of them flinches, revealing a hint of uncertainty. I file that away for later use. The game of cat and mouse continues, each of us waiting for the other to make the first move.
The battle finally erupts into action! Axel's sudden move shatters the tension and the fight is on!
"Axel's weapon whizzes through the air, aimed squarely at vynn's head (Vynn is the youngest son of the Xandro's family). He raises his arm just In time, and the blades clash In a shower of sparks. The force of the blow sends Vynn stumbling back, his eyes widening in surprise. Axel seizes the moment, pressing his advantage with a flurry of strikes Vynn parries each one, his movements swift and precise, but Axel's relentless assault forces him to retreat. The crowd erupts into cheers and chants, sensing the intensity of the battle. Arthur watched with bated breath, his own strategy evolving with each passing moment. Just then Arthur spots an opportunity to strike, but another contestant perhaps sensing his intentions, block his path!".
Arthur's POV
Just as I am about to make my move, Zeph steps into my path (Zeph is from the House Of Khaos) his eyes locked onto mine with a fierce intensity. His weapon is at the ready, and I could tell he was prepared to strike if I make a wrong move. I hesitated, my mind racing with a new calculus. Axel and Vynn are still exchanging blows, their battle raging on. Zeph's blocking my path, but also momentarily distracting Axel. I saw a glimmer of a new plan, a risky one, but potentially game changing.
" Having enough of waiting around, Zeph decides to strike Arthur".
Zeph: I have had enough of everyone comparing my handsomeness to yours. It is annoying (Zeph dodges an attack from Arthur and Zeph landed a kick on Arthur's face.)
Zeph: I am gonna destroy your face even if it's the last thing I do (Grunts from the strength of Arthur's strike.)
Arthur: Why are you even annoyed? Ha, I know you're annoyed because you know am more handsome than you (Smirks)
Zeph: (Loosing his calmness due to anger) Am gonna kill you before the ref stops the match.
Arthur: (Seeing a mistake in Zeph's defense.)(Thinking inwardly) I can't believe my taunts worked. (Arthur finally takes advantage of Zeph's mistake and makes a cut on Zeph's hand, drawing blood)
Zeph: (Beyond annoyed) Ahhhh, I will kill you for this. (Dashes forward to strike)
"The battle is intensifying! Arthur and his opponent are evenly matched, their skills honed to perfection, creating a stalemate. Meanwhile, the remaining contestant, finally senses an opportunity and he prepares to strike!"
Arthur's POV
" The Clash of steel on steel rings out as Zeph and I exchange blow after blow, each one perfectly parried. Our movements are a blur, our breathing synchronized with the rhythm of combat. But In our intense focus, we forgot about the third and last contestant in this dance. Fex who has been watching from the sidelines, sees his chance. (Fex is from the House Of Erebus). With a swift and silent strike, he aims for the gap between Zeph's defense and mine. It's a risky move, but if it lands, it could be a decisive blow. My heart races as I realize what's happening, but I can't react fast enough to stop him."
