What Is The Point?!

"What?" Loco flickered her eyes at her, and she warmly smiled at him.

"Yeah. Don't feel sad, though. I don't mind dying at all. I am relieved that death will save me from a miserable life that could have befallen me if I had lived." She spoke with all the sincerity in her heart, and Loco moved to stand in front of her.

He gazed intently at her and abruptly bowed down, causing Delarcy to widen her eyes in confusion.

"W-what are you doing—"

"Please don't die, Miss Delarcy. You're my only friend in this place, and if you die, I will no longer have anyone to talk to." Loco pleaded with his head still lowered, and Delarcy's eyes fluttered furiously.

A smile emerged on her face, and she chuckled softly.

She moved closer to him and gently grabbed his chin, raising his head to have him look her in the eyes.

"Is that your only reason? Won't you miss me?" She inquired, and Loco, who was quite the timid sort of person, nervously blinked his eyes.
