"Alfred, I will be going out now, I should be back a little later" said Natasha as she drank a glass of water and she washed the glass herself in the kitchen sink.
"Oh alright then Madam" said Alfred.
"Madam, are you not going along with the Young Master and Joy??" asked Alfred as he did not understand what was going on, were not the Young Master and the Madam going out together today along with Joy to the school??
Then how come now Natasha was telling him that she was going out now, and that she would be back later??
"Oh I will Alfred, but I have something important to take care of first, so I will just meet them there" said Natasha as she dried her hands with a cloth.
"Oh alright then Madam" said Alfred as he knew it was not in his place to question Natasha's actions, she was a grown woman that could do whatever it is that she wanted to do.
"Yes, so have a good day Alfred" said Natasha as she turned to Alfred and she smiled.
"Have a good day too Madam" said Alfred as he smiled at Natasha and she left the kitchen as she walked to the front door and she walked out the front door.
Natasha walked down the driveway and she removed her phone from her pocket and she dialed a number.
"Hey Pete" said Natasha as she smiled as her call was picked.
"Nat??" asked Pete in disbelief it was 7 in the morning, on a Friday, and he happened to be sleeping as he did not have to go to the station early today.
"Sounds like you were sleeping sleepy head" said Natasha as she laughed.
"Well yes, I was sleeping" said Pete as he yawned.
"But not anymore, so what's up" said Pete as he got out of bed.
"Are you busy today??" asked Natasha.
"Well no… not necessarily, why do you ask??" asked Pete.
"Well I was wondering if we could have breakfast together this morning" said Natasha as she walked down to the estate gate.
"Alright sure, I don't see why not" said Pete.
"Should I come and pick you up?" asked Pete.
"Ahh, no, no I am already on my way out, so I will just meet you at the Café" said Natasha.
"Alright then" said Pete.
"Is Joy with you?" he asked.
"No, no she is not, she's having breakfast with Dom, but I will tell you about that later" said Natasha as she smiled.
"Well alright, see you soon" said Pete.
"See you" said Natasha as she smiled and she ended the call.
…
"Gosh Amalia, I have been looking for you everywhere since yesterday, where did you go??" asked Lexi as she hit Amalia's arm as she saw Amalia was cleaning.
"Well Alfred sent me on some errands yesterday afternoon, and then something came up back home, and I had to quickly go and rush over there" said Amalia as she turned to look at Lexi.
"Gosh, is everything all right?? Why are you back here then??" asked Lexi as she looked worried.
"No, no everything is alright, there is no problem at all, it was just something not too serious" said Amalia.
"My brother just broke his nose… again" said Amalia as she sighed.
"You say it like It's nothing serious" said Mason as he turned to look at Amalia.
"Well if you know him, you will know that it's not" said Amalia.
"It's like he's addicted to breaking the bones in his body" said Amalia as she sighed.
"And my parents and me keep on telling him to do less dangerous things, but does he listen?? No, no he does not" said Amalia as she sounded frustrated.
"Gosh I thought that he had changed" said Lexi.
"Nope, he just took a break for a while, and went back to being a stunt man, or whatever that means" said Amalia as she sighed.
"Anyway, enough about me" said Amalia as she was not sure if she could talk about this topic without feeling the urge to strangle her brother so at least the few screws he has loose in his head can be screwed back in.
"Why were you looking for me??" asked Amalia as she turned to look at Lexi.
"Well, I just wanted to thank you" said Lexi.
"Thank me??" asked Amalia and Lexi nodded.
"Thank me for what??" asked Amalia as she had no idea at all why Lexi would be thanking her.
"Yes, thank her for what??" asked Mason as he nodded his head and the two girls turned to look at him, they had forgotten that he was still here.
"Anyway as I was saying" said Lexi as she shook her head at Mason and she turned back to look at Amalia.
"I just wanted to thank you Amalia, because I went to see the Madam yesterday to thank her, and she told me that she would not have changed her mind, if not for the fact that you came to beg on my behalf" said Lexi as she smiled.
"So Thank you Amalia, Thank you so much, for being such a good friend, if not for you, I would have still been sulking and depressed because of the many problems that I have" said Lexi as she smiled.
"Oh it is no problem at all Lexi, I am sure that you would have done the same for me" said Amalia as she smiled.
"Oh no she wouldn't" said Mason as he spoke up.
"Mason!!" said Amalia as she turned to look at him.
"Hey, hey don't look at me like that, I am only saying the truth" said Mason as he did not look guilty at all.
"Yes Amalia, Mason is right" said Lexi.
"I was a bad friend to you, I would not have done the same for you, if it was you in my shoes" said Lexi as she smiled sadly.
"Awww don't say that" said Amalia as she smiled at Lexi, even though what Lexi said was the truth.
"But don't worry, I have seen the error of my ways, and I am ready to change, to become a better person, and a better friend" said Lexi as she smiled at Amalia.
"I know that you will" said Amalia as she smiled.
"You know it's funny how it took you insulting the Madam, being punished, being sad and miserable for a while, in order for you to see the error of your ways and change" said Mason as he laughed.
"Although I would not want to admit it, but fine, I do think that I needed to be dealt with" said Lexi as she smiled sheepishly.
"This is good, admitting your weak faults and that you have a problem, means that you are on the way to being a better version of yourself" said Amalia as she smiled.
"Yes yes," said Lexi as she smiled.
"Now tell me Mason" said Lexi as she turned to look at Mason.
"Just why in the world are you here???" asked Lexi, as she knew that Amalia was cleaning this room, but why the heck was Mason here??
"Ahh well… you see, I came here to keep Amalia company" said Mason as he smiled.
"Mhmm, and you don't have anything better, or any work of your own to do??" asked Lexi as she eyed his suspiciously.
"Ahhh well… well I asked Re…" said Mason as he was cut off.
"Wait, so you gave your duties to someone else??" asked Lexi.
"Well he owes me one, I helped him countless times, so he can help me now" said Mason as he smiled sheepishly.
"Ahh I see" said Lexi.
"Well you better get out of here and go do your own duties, before I report you to Alfred for lounging around and escaping your duties" said Lexi.
"No, no, no, no, don't do that" said Mason as he panicked.
"Then you better get going" said Lexi.
"Alright I will, just please don't say anything to Alfred" said Mason as he pleaded with her, he did not want Alfred's trouble at all.
"We'll see" said Lexi as Mason began to walk away.
"Such a meanie, I thought you said that you were going to change" said Mason to himself.
"I heard that" said Lexi.
"Ahh no no, goodbye" said Mason as he ran away.
"Thank you" said Amalia as she laughed and she looked at Lexi, she really scared Mason this time.
"No problem" said Lexi as she laughed, Mason could be such an annoying fly that kept hovering around you sometimes.
"You think he's actually going to do his work??" asked Lexi.
"Nope, he will probably just find another spot where he can lounge and do nothing" said Amalia as she laughed.
"Gosh that guy" said Lexi as she sighed and she shook her head, he truly was not serious.
"The Madam is a nice woman, is she not??" asked Amalia.
"I mean yes… as long as you are not on her bad side, like I was" said Lexi as she laughed.
"That is true" said Amalia as she laughed too.
