The two month schedule

The next day

Calista woke up early today which was surprising to her too! But she had slept well for some reason but she felt a little odd when she woke up. She was having a huge wave of mixed emotions. She didn't know if she was happy or sad but she definitely felt something in her and couldn't describe what it was.

She felt different. Her behavior towards work changed. Every day she was always unwilling to wake up early and starts her day off by questioning why she had to go to work but today she never had those questions run in her head. She calmly got dressed up and got ready for work.

Also surprisingly she was on time for work. Something was really going on with her! Her colleagues were so shocked when they saw her walk in calmly and clock in on time. Even Calista herself felt different. She felt good indeed.

It was the first time ever since the first week of her work that she had been on time and without rushing to work. She was always panting and was late at least by fifteen minutes everyday.

Isac was always on time. He's never too late not too early. He's always right on time. He entered the meeting room where everyone were taking their seats and settling down.

He entered and every one settled down immediately. He took his seat and so did everyone else.

"Shall we begin? " He asked after confirming that everyone was present and settled down. Michael walked in and handed over few documents.

"Since I'm here I would like to pay close attention to each department. This will be done because I want to observe and uplift each one's potential and bring the best out of them so that the company will continue to get better over all. I hope you will all agree to this and there may be few changes made in the positions of each one of you so please ensure that you are okay with this"

Everybody took a moment to think about it. It was indeed a good idea so they all agreed to it. They were all being genuine for some reason. Maybe it was the vibe that Isac gave off that everyone seemed to agree with him no matter what.

"So I will like to start off by working with the general management department for the next two months. Hope it goes on well" Isac told this to the manager of the department and he nodded a little.

As soon as the meeting was over the manager ran to the department and made an announcement "So everyone pay attention! We will be working with the CEO in person for the next two months and an official email will be circulated shortly!"

Calista's jaw was on the floor. She thought it was over but now she was going to meet him everday for the next two months! That was a bombshell thrown at her!.
