I don't know why I feel this. But now, as I'm nearing the mall, I felt my nerves wracking as nervousness washed me. Look, I haven't seen this guy yet, even in pictures. What if he is a goon or worst? Nope, he is better than that, I noted. He's a great guy, convincing myself with my own words.

I stepped out of the jeepney after its halt at the front of the mall. Oh, I forgot, I have to ask the color of his shirt in order to locate him. I fished my phone out and dialed him again. He picked on the first ring as I scanned the crowd. My gaze zeroed on the striking guy standing not 20 feet away from me as he answered his phone. Rio answered the same time that the guy did, saying hello chorusely.

I don't know how long I stood there, with my jaw planted on the ground. Well, you can't blame me! The drop-dead gorgeous guy a few feet away from me is actually him, my long-distance lover. He's wearing a slightly fitted black and white polo shirt which showed his vaguely built figure, paired with dark denim shorts. His hair has that Korean look which compliments his soft features. Brown eyes that serenades your soul, red soft-looking lips, fair-skinned – a perfect looking Adonis. He is like an angel straight from above.

The angel furrowed his brows in confusion, maybe wondering why I'm not answering through the phone. His eyes which are previously glued on the jeepneys passing by, scanned the crowd. As his eyes met mine, our gazes locked. His beautiful cave of an eye invites me in, tempting me, as it widened in surprise. After about a minute or so, he half ran to close the distance between us, without breaking our gaze.

All I could do was to stare at him in awe as everything around him paled and soon disappeared. His motions seem so slow compared to my eagerness to run and meet him halfway, but unfortunately, I can't feel my legs as it weakened in blazing anticipation.

Finally, he stopped and leaned to me until our eyes were on the same level. Breathe Trisha! Oh heck, I think I'm going to faint.

He's tall, about 5'9" compared to my 5'4". Our gazes are still locked as his fragrant breath fanned my face. I'm too shocked to move, what with my heart racing and pulse ringing to my ears. My breathing ragged as he flashed me a brilliant smile and scooped me up in his arms.

To say I was dumbfounded was a poor understatement. His embrace is so warm and safe. I buried my face in his perfect chest and inhaled his scent. I acted before I even realized what I'm doing and wrapped my arms around him in response. Wow, this is new.

I thought I didn't love him? Well apparently, I'm so attracted with him but who wouldn't? He's so magnificent that I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of girls would throw themselves in his way, or maybe worship the ground he walks on. Maybe that's why I acted that way.

He broke our embrace and my arms suddenly felt empty. Wait what? Where did that come from? Oh, I think I'm losing my mind. I mentally slapped myself.

"It's you! It's really you Trisha!" he rejoiced.

I couldn't help but laugh at his excitement. Finally! I managed to laugh instead of drooling. I steadied myself as I realized our actions from before. A crowd of curious shoppers were forming around us and watching our exchange. I instantly blushed scarlet and was afraid to look up to meet his beautiful eyes. I peeked up at him through my lashes and was shocked to see him looking away from me, a faint blush coloring his perfect cheeks. Wait! I'm quite abusing the word perfect today!

After an awkward silence and when the crowd of listeners and watchers finally minded their own business, he broke the ice by asking if I already ate. My stomach growled in response as I realized I haven't. Another blush dominated my face and he laughed. His laughter sounds so perfect. Ugh, another use of perfect.

He asked where I wanted to eat and decided to just fill my stomach with fast foods. With a warm smile, he offered his hand for me to take. I looked at his hands and the internal battle began.

Do I want to hold his hand? I glanced at him and saw the answer. It wouldn't hurt to do so, right? He's my boy friend after all and I've decided to give him a chance before coming here. So why not?

I reached for him and the contact of our hands sent an electrifying force from our entangled hands to the tip of my toes. My eyes widened in disbelief while he gasped. Maybe he felt it too. His eyes softened and a lopsided grin graced his face. Oh I'm starting to love that smile. He tugged my hands gently as he towed m to the fast food chain. My eyes are zeroed on his back as I felt my lips turned to a smile, my eyes also softened like his, as my body melted with a newfound attachment.
