CHAPTER 33- DON'T GO

I was more depressed than ever as I quietly tried to put in order the large pile of debris that once was Janice's home. I didn't care about myself. If Janice and her mother survived this, and I would make sure they did at all costs, it would be the last time I ever saw them. That would be pretty good, because I was bad luck come to life. I destroyed every good thing I laid my hands on. I endangered everyone I loved.

First Adriana, then Silvia, and now, even the lives of Janice and her mother were at stake, all because of me. Maybe it would be better for everyone if I disappeared forever, I thought. Then out of nowhere, Silvia's words came back to me.

'...Seek revenge. Do not let the death of my brother and I go in vain...' Her voice echoed in my head.
