CHAPTER TWENTY NINE

Adeline still couldn't register what happened, she was still in shock when she heard the sound of water hitting a bathroom floor, that had brought her mind back to reality. She looked around and realized that he wasn't there, her eyes returned to the spot on the wall where he had just punched, even though the wall was still intact, one could see the blood stains on it. 

Adeline held on to the sheets as she swallowed the lump in her throat, earlier she had thought that.....no ...she didn't want to think about it. He had her hands pinned above her head and Adeline had thought that he was going to have sex with her again. The fear of being raped by him again, the fear had caused her eyes to sting and then her body began acting on impulse, she tried pushing him away but she couldn't and so she decided to beg him.
